Might be a bit much to expect anything added to Rosy ( or Lianna, Beth etc. ) for next update. With the focus on the vampires, and the other new stuff being added, Tink will have his work cut out as it is. I'm with you on more for Rosy, but we'll likely have to be a bit more patient yet.

First you have to buy the three torture devices. After that increase her affection towards you and then the PC should say that he feels sad for her. If you buy some furniture now you should also be able to give the outfit to the Bat Breeder.

Yeah just have sex with her. I assume you have to give her an orgasm to increase her affection but maybe normal sex is fine too. You can check her affection lvl by looking at her in the cell. If she stands and has a seducing look towards you you have reached max affection with her.
makeing her orgasm dureing the minigame was said to be the only way to raise her affection.

not sure if it's an indicator... but she is displeaced if you fail the minigame... so maybe failing reduces the affection...
No, only characters who you can share a bed with have decreasing affection AFAIK. But you do have to get her to orgasm with the minigame a decent number of times to raise her affection.
