Same but that's something that was specifically started by D&D I have seen games, films & stories where Trolls dont have regen. Especially stories that depict them as a type of Faeries or closer to their Norse roots. I dont think they regen, surely if they did that would be something we would see in combat right?
PQ trolls do regenerate HP. Unknown if they can regenerate missing body parts, though.
Well D&D is the benchmark for most of these types of creatures, As far as I know there isn't anything firm about "trolls" in "real" folklore, the term is often used interchangeably with orges, gnoles... and all manner of "lumpy monsters".
PQ doesn't have that level of mechanic though does it... I'm curious if Tinkerer will ever elaborate on his vision for trolls.

It's a repeatable quest that only happens when her Affection gets too low, that's why the Affection Cheat doesn't work on her. It's a deliberate design choice by the dev to have a girl that demands more of the MC's attention than others do. As of v3.22 her Affection goes down slower after the first time you bring her back, without needing the cheat, but it does still decrease if you don't bang her on the regular. Or you could always use Awe on her before her Affection gets too low.
Goblins, not orcs. There are no orc waifus (...yet...). Goblin society is violent, they go raiding and also fight among themselves, so there's a daily chance a goblin gets killed. The more goblins you have the greater the chance someone gets gacked. The solution is to keep the females preggers. And visiting your goblin wives is a good time to use Awe on Obeah.
I'm not aware of any "death mechanic" for them like there is for goblins. There's no limit on gargoyles, but only 9 gargoyle sprites for each of the vampiresses.
Dont dont beleive Gargoyles have a death mechanic. There are 9 sprites each (27 Gargoyles on show in total) but the births are infinite. Like the Imp the number just keeps going up indefinitely for each & every Gargoyle they birth. It's possible you're experience some kind of coding bug/error?
I am not sure if theres any rpgm similar to PQ with enough content.
There is a game but abandonned because the devs wanted to make a crappy renpy version of it, removing all the fun there was with the great rpgm version.
I mean the closest comparison would be A Struggle with Sin, but it doesn't have as much pregnancy content unfortunately, and the art style isn't to everyone's taste.
Sadly, most people playing porn game for the "porn" not the "game". Many wouldn't be happy if the "game" part get in the way of the "porn" part. It makes me wonder why people keep asking for a completed save and need gallery feature/mod.
This is a two-way street. A lot of devs think the only way to make a game with porn is to put the game part in the way of the porn part (this is the “you have to work for it” mentality). When it’s the dev himself who sees gameplay simply as an obstacle to the porn (the reward), rather than as a separate element of their product which has to be appealing in its own right, that leads to underdeveloped, repetitive, tedious, unbalanced gameplay; and so it’s little wonder a lot of players view it as an annoyance more than anything in a large portion of games.

its also very depend on the player, some just want be god and just kill everything in 1 shot and dont want to grind. And some just love to start from nothing and become the hero of the story. also what is why i personally love feedback on the people who play the game and what parts they dislike.
Personaly I'm mostly playing rpgm porn games because of the rpgm part of it and sex, means you have to move your character somewhere or have second quests or whatever but not just porn (yeah I know it's weird). If I love some renpy games it's because it's really well done and not just clicking and reading. I'm playing a rpgm trilogy and love the little quests where you have to find tons of keys and chests everywhere in the world, even puzzles the devils wouldn't be able to make, the story isn't bad but as soon there are porn animations it's kind of annoying me most of of the time because it's repetitively boring, not even hard anymore by seeing that, I click click click wishing there was a quickpass button to stop annoying the shit out of me. I like romance, humor, or harsh, lot of quests and yeah I like good porn scenes or dialogues but worth it, not a random sex animation there and there juste "because it's a porn game we have to add it and make it the most beautiful possible even if we have to remove all the fun part of it". Mostly I'm playing rpgm for the fun part of it, because you can plant a potato if you can so ... WHY NOT? Or collect 99 potatoes (99 potatoes in my mind goes in her gf puss, sandbox mind). If not I'm going on queensnake get a good laugh and hard on without shitty animations.
