You need to unpack the PeasantQuest.exe with some kind of EnoigmaVBunpacker, like it is done in the old LainMod of PeasantQuest. In the extracted files you'll find the items.json and system.json files. Open your save with saveeditonline .com, drag and drop the two files in your browser and you'll see waht all these variables stand for.

The trio of knight dudes at the tavern/bar/inn who take a piss at you. They are used in Shakala's daughter's story. So unless you have Decensor patch, you can't progress with them.
Same with checking your pet mission. Needs decensor patch.

What do you need to change to get higher % impregnation chance than 25% on the damn vamps though?

If you can't impregnate those vampires, you have to change the value of preg state. Idk if you ever used that cheat engine but that's how you do it.

If you're a Patreon or have downloaded the game officially then it should be in the game files. Not sure how to open it tho as I play on free sites.
If you're like me & play on a free site, then u just have to be lucky enough to be on a site that has the patch.
Exapmle:
•Gamcore has the patch but a broken save system that is broken as all hell
•Porngameshub has a smooth save system BUT no patch (used to for a while but not any more)

You can still complete the "Domestic Issues" quest but there is no sex scene...

When Tink does get back round to the goblins arc I hope the birth of Shakala's daughter ISNT a pre-requisite to proceed. Some people dont have access to the Patch or dont want it. Hopfully he merely links it to a max amount of goblins active to activate the next part.
Dont get me wrong I like the daughter but if u cant/dont want that then this will let players continue the game without a roadblock. I feel like those same players will hit a block with the Succubus if they dont have the patch but that makes sense, its main quest stuff
