How are your games? Did you completed any of them?

Nah but there's a decent amount of content in both games to actually play. I'm still thinking of redoing the game as a vn and re using the art at some point. But I want to find a better game engine for that. Trying to make actual VN scenes in rpgmaker was also part of the reason that the joy got sucked out of it for me. That being said I'm not much of an actual coder. So I've thought of trying out something like Tyrannobuilder. I'm not sure how much coding renpy really needs either. But I need something that doesn't make putting images in the right X,Y positions a logistical nightmare. Or have rampant caching problems that make images flicker or stutter. Something made to make VN's or something. I'm a prolific writer and I've got good storytelling chops. It's just making the gamey bits itself is like pulling teeth. I've also wondered about maybe collaberating on it with someone with more technical skills. In the end both games content represent months or even years of effort on my part .. But I don't know if I got value for money on those hours considering my limited technical skills.

Nah of course not. But it's still pretty highly rated despite everything. And the ones who liked it really liked it. I got a lot of very positive feedback, Especially in DM's and the fact that they were pissed off by how people on this site behave was pretty universal. Make no mistake the whole tag police crowd on this site absolutely have killed multiple games that were never really intended for them lol. Never heard anything too bad about it from someone who wasn't a harem weirdo or someone bitching about sharing content. So I don't think the game was bad.

I'm not trash talking the game. If you want to run around like a creepy gremlin creeping on everything that moves then this is 100% the game for you. I just want to figure out why it's THIS highly rated. In case it does in fact get better. If the answer to that is no then I will happily walk the other way. Which is 100% not what happened to me. What happened to me was a campaign of harassment. These people would make accounts to spam me on discord. And one of them even got an email of mine. An email I had to get rid of after because of the constant idiotic and insane rants. And refusal to accept that the game wasn't for them. I don't want to change the game. I just want information. If you'd actually answer my question then I'll be fine to leave. Or keep playing the game. But I see something about what I said triggered you somehow.

So here's the deal. I don't care. I don't care if you're butthurt that I 'trash talked' a game you like. It's my opinion. And it's there so people who might actually be useful and give me that information know what I am looking for. Not because I intend to harass the dev or make demands of them. I'm just here to find out of this game is actually worth wasting hours of my precious free time on. I'm not going to try and bully the dev into making changes like what happened with me. How is this game rated so highly it's absolutely terrible. Little plot most H-content is boring. The MC is a total creep who only cares about getting his dick wet. The grind is horrible and the energy system terrible. Does it open up and get better or something because right now this seems like the most meh shit I've played in a long time.

I mean ofc such opinions are subjective but this is less about dissing the game. And more about the persistant nagging feeling that I may be sleeping on a hidden gem. But the only way that would be the case is if the MC's attitude makes a dramatic shift. The meh H-content I can live with if the plot is good. But no amount of amazing H-content will save the game for me if the gameplay and the protagonist remains as it is.

Okay that's a more sensible take. Totally get it. Art style can put people off. Would be fine if assholes just walked away. Not what happened. Don't pull me into some kind of false equivocacy. If I was still shitting on this game after learning it is what it is all the way through, Refused to leave the dev alone and made it my mission to make their life a living hell. THEN you might have a point. I wouldn't have minded if someone had just just asked questions about my game said they hated it and then turned around and left. But that is not the case, We're not the same don't try to make it the same because you don't like that I talked badly about the game. That's not the same thing at all.

Only a couple of projects that I never really finished. Currency of Damnation and Fractured Worlds. The fact is I wasn't able to see my projects through to completion. For financial reasons mostly. But also because the harem mafia on this site utterly killed my enthusiasm for my new project and drowned out any hope of getting any feedback. I just couldn't keep working on it and support myself. And in the end imagining people just bitching about it put me off the whole thing so even when I could work on it it went from a joy to pulling teeth. But feel free to go play them if you want to They're both on this site. I may even start work on them again someday if by some miracle I can.

And I'm honestly asking because the review baffle me. I might expect like a 2-3 stars but such amazingly high rating doesn't feel right. And I messed around in the first town and surrounding area a while. Bought the house, fucked a ho and some goblins. Visited a port town, Got a dawg. Which got one shot by a goblin. Helped some halflings. Met a witch who 1 shot me for not being a lil'bitch .. It was just .. boring to me. Nothing to really hook you in you know? Grinding multiple days to afford a leather helmet is not my idea of a good time. And the way the MC is like hur hur hur boobies me be creepy gremlin all the time just pissed me off. I don't want to roleplay as a fucking creepy loser lol.

The MC is mostly just a vessel for us (the players) but there is a certen level of guile in the way he acts. Yes hes a perve who thinks only about sex but there is (believe it or not) a reason for that. If u work with the Witch her true identity is revealed & the plot will eventually open into a brewing feud between 2 gods who are ex-lovers. The fertility goddess, Qetesh, & the lord of the Underworld, Nergal.

Eventually it's made clear through quests that MC is the bastard son of Qetesh & a mortal lover, which kicked off a war 20 years ago where Nergal sent his worshippers to attack & hordes of goblins sacked her temples, her priestesses were cursed into hags & she is all but forgotten...

Most people who do stick it out usually do so because they like the pregnancy, LI diversity & (like me) the world & plot that is unfolding.

Sorry to hear about the assholes that ruined your drive for the game. Personally if I don't like a game or it's content I just don't play it. Easy, done, move on. But sadly these games draw in basement dwellers. As I said before Tinkerer has definitely gotten better over time but he's still restricted by RPGMaker & the early game stiff isn't the best I'll admit.

I will say that the grind is a bitch. But there's 2 built in cheats for people that don't want that. A cheat room that gives u like 1000 coins & some other stuff as it becomes available & another cheat that allows u to turn off Affection loss in LIs.

Sorry to hear about the assholes that ruined your drive for the game. Personally if I don't like a game or it's content I just don't play it. Easy, done, move on. But sadly these games draw in basement dwellers. It's really because of the grind that I asked cos I know the game has been around a long time. I don't really MIND the grind if it's like struggle with sin and actually engaging. But even sws never appealed before. Seeing such a high rating over such a long time makes me feel like I'm missing something, Like I'm sleeping on this game too. . But then again maybe it's just not my thing?

If u want to try to give this game another chance then I suggest use the cheat to skip some grind (I love this game & I cheat cos I can lol). There's a Skeleton south of the town (Weirdwood) near some trees. Getbthe key & open the hut near the guardtower.

The game is definitely one that you need to have time & patience to actually get to the better stuff. Is the game the best out there? No. Is this game the most dynamic in combat? No. Are the H-scenes good? Arguably yes, especially when u see the later quality rise & the animations are nice.

I will always advocate people stick to it cos there's something for everyone & you can play the MC as a "nicer" person by actual making heroic & caring decisions. It's nit the be all & end all but it's decent game & as mentioned before, the pregnancy is the biggest draw most people have in this game.



But if it's not you're cup of tea that's understandable. But the high rating comes from the fanbase because there are very few games that meet all the criteria we want; An actual game w/ quests & combat, 3D models, & pregnancy w/ births & children. SwS is probably the closest in content overlap but personally I think the people all look like Sim characters & that's not something I like. Just my honest opinion.

For PQ, pregnancy is probably the most attractive feature for many players. Personally, I don't like the idea that my character shooting blank all the times.The next two would be the art style and the amount of [Xrate] content (it's a porn game after all).

Personaly I love RPGM games and rare are rpgm games with this quality. You don't like the story and I enjoy it, and really like some characters (not a ton visualy because of some of art that's not my cup of tea or changing previous nice character to something newer I prefered the simple one better but changes has been made) but in general the game is nice because new stories (that you didn't like but I gues a lot of ppl liked it, looks like?) boring thing is having to sleep 25 or so days for first kid if you want to complete the pregnancy and born stuff... except that just use cheats and you'll be fine to buy stuff and enjoy the game as a story thing, but I guess you dislike it too so I can't really say. Personaly I dislike 3D adult stuff (renders are ok I mean the gameplay) usualy (with exceptions) and same goes for simple novels just clicking stuff. I LOVED A Farmer's Dream and they had to screw it up abandoning it for some more money leaving rpgm for Ren'Py boring stuff and changing everything that was god damn good in rpgm. See? Everything is a personal taste. The game is well done and pretty rpgm decorated world and with many characters that at least one you could love... (I hate big girls or ugly monsters but I love the Demon girl, and then the Dark Elf daughter personaly and the blondie giantess). Bring me all those in 3D adult game (rendering only with crappy story) with a novel and I just don't give a damn about it. (and yes, my signature show 3D visual games but they are good because good story too either way I'd pass, and I don't like anime style manga stuff games neither even in 2D except if it's really expectional like a few thing I'm not going to name here because not allowed to).
