Hey, can anyone tell me if the wip's are "finished quality" or will the movie be rendered at higher quality when it's released?

most likely, higher quality, higher bitrate etc

was skimming through, did anyone notice anything odd with the 1-64wip? around the 9-10ish minute mark, i noticed at least twice it looked the animation skipped back a few seconds before transitioning to the next part. checked my old copy of the 1-61wip and it doesn't happen there
