If I understand you correctly, you're stuck on progressing Sophie's story? Start a new game and check out the tutorial. Or just progress other girls and things will move along.

well in the gallery I unlocked all the others and only a video on sophie I also put the tutorial to see everything but I was stuck with her only

If you've done everyone, including all of Amy events and your gallery shows that. There might be an issue with the replay gallery. When you right click to open the menu, does it have an option on the list to the left that says "exit replay"?

You have to go to her place twice to hook up with the roommate, meet them at the arcade, then talk to her at work, go back to her place, talk to her at work.
