Hey folks, calm down. On one side, it's a porn game and fictional and there's plenty of similarly icky behavior, some of which got removed but plenty that stayed in the game.
Legality and morality more often than not have nothing to do with each other, thus using the former to argue the later won't really help.
To end my argument: "The MC is willing, but unconscious. He's done a very similar thing to her, without her knowledge. The MC is actually not completely asleep, just imagines it being a dream. As shown in the end, since he was awake, even though he thought it was a dream and didn't object, all's good. He is also the one that, as others have pointed out, trick-groomed her into that.
If anyone wants to use drug related parallels, it's like flirting with someone (and them back), trying to drug them but ending up drinking the wrong spiked drink, still having sex in the end.
It's been many updates since the last time I played this game, though, and I hope they solved the weird family interaction inconsistencies... possibly having continued those storylines.

On one side, true. He totally wants to get into her pants, yet on his terms not hers. At this point there's a fallacy, a problem, where one could argue they are trying to rape each other. Each wanting sex, but none of them allowing it... at the time.
Using a false or fake persona is sometimes also considered by judges. If you pretend to be someone else, someone the other party wouldn't have a problems with, it's also a big no, for most judges.
If that was really the case, SM, bondage and other fetishes wouldn't exist or would always be illegal and prosecuted as rape.

Indeed. Well, I might have had a good argument in my closing statement too, but again, morality, legality... Hell, technically, grooming is worse than incest or bestiality in patreon's community guidelines but I haven't heard of any mass ban hammers being issued as of late.

I have quite a bit of doubt about that. Grace's whole thing is that guys just sexualize her and or see her as a useful connection to her father. Besides, she knows how her best friend Jen feels about MC and her friendship with Jen is too important to her. MC and Grace have a good connection, but before anything can happen Grace's self-image has to change and a way has to be found for Grace to get closer to MC without feeling like she's betraying Jen.
