I was hoping you were wrong and i checked, Lina and Jenny haven't had an update since late 2020/early 2021. Later the poll result decided who is main girl in the update.
I think the chance of that is very small sadly.There is a small chance that Lina and Jennifer will get three or four more updates and an ending for each

As i said before (a few weeks ago) i think the most content will be given to mc's "housemates" and girls related to the story. It makes sense that Evelyn and Rachel will get an update in their own time as the story is pushed further

We are currently finishing up with the dialogues. But! Chan-Mi's extra content was supposed to be for v0.18 you say? Aaaaand you are right! Dummy me, felt like working on Helena and Becky first would be more convenient... that was a mistake. So, I apologize, but most probably all that extra content (Chan-Mi + Helena-Becky, as well as, of course, Lina's teammates) will be for v0.19, because it's been too long for the development of v0.18 already, I'll kill myself if we postpone it any further. As it looks like, v0.19 is going to be the biggest we had in a while. Welp, alright.

Moochie is the one who decided to have all these characters and give several of them different paths. She made her decision and everyone has to live with it, including her. As for update size this one is a unique one otherwise we have been getting bigger and bigger in terms of renders and content for each new update. 0.19 is supposed to be one of the biggest updates to date.
But I do agree they have absolutely dropped the ball with this one. Such a short update should not be delayed beyond their normal full size update release window.
It is just ridiculous at this point.
Now the part about delay, writing, and story... That all started when Moochie hired someone to do the writing and that person has as far as I know caused every single delay in the game since he joined and is the root cause of why the game started getting delayed months.
And I do agree the overall quality of the writing fell off after he joined with all the references, memes, and the "oh no I passed the point of no return" which is said during every single scene with a girl.
And I have said it before that I think he should have been fired ages ago. They said he had a last chance to step it up during the previous update and the update before that.
But here we are still in the exact same situation.

With most games/avns its "you want her or don't want her?" with this avn its "you want her or don't want her? if yes, then "this path with her or this path with her?" and half the characters are like that, so I don't know what Moochie was expecting.
Don't think there is any LI you can skip. Need to progress pretty much all girls' to progress the story at some point.
