The first one removes the dialogue about MC being adopted from the original prologue, and the other one removes the dialogue about them not being related during the new movie set intro.
They are both kind of pointless, since the topic is never really brought up ever again throughout the game, and everyone is treated like they are related.

The Fiona update has a lot of implications for the story for sure. Kind of excited about that part.
Not sure Grace update will have much outside of exploring her problem. Especially considering it is a shorter update and was said to be very focused on scenes involving Grace herself.
