I'm stuck at point 4 of Kira's route acording to walkthrough where I'm supposed to visit her at her workplace in the Evening. The thing is nothing happens, I only get "there's nothing to do now." Does anyone have any idea?

Ok I double checked and you need to progress quite a bit before you even get involved properly with Kira.
Quite rare for people to do her story early on since she needs so much progression with girls like Rachel and later on Fiona.
So my suggestion is to just let her be for now until you have completed a few girls and have progressed far enough with Fiona, Evelyn, Alice, and Rachel.
Bringing girls to Red Maiden past Rachel is not needed.
