There's no excuse for developers who are making prohibited-format games (e.g., family) to still be on Patreon. It's ridiculous. Patreon has been shutting down games for over a year. He should move to another hosting site, and put the game back into the original format for relationships. Changing the game to unrelated people, when the story is clearly designed to be family-oriented is just pathetic.

You know game developers actually want to get paid for their work, right? So they'll set up on platforms where people actually go and use. Sure you might support on subscribestar, but 90% would not.

Yep, it's pretty standard and easy for dev's to add that "set relationships" section and make sure the writing can fit almost anything in there.

A dev deliberately adding relatives, that don't fit the narrative, or caused changes in the narrative just for Patreon, when there are other options available, mean the game gets ignored.

• Incest is removed, and no in-game option for it. Protagonist just "lives with a family that isn't his".
• FREE version.. The game has been monetized.

Gotta replay the entire thing. Cheats to reduce the grind locked behind paywall. And you're just boning a random family you happen to live with.

Buy testosterone pills from the doc in the lab at 17:00. But I don't think that's it. If you know how to activate and use the console, just jump to mem_story_9 - that fixed it for me.

Totally agree that it's a specific fetish. My point, however is that to make a game with a specific fetish, and then release that game under a particular platform that has a zero tolerance policy for said fetish, is crazy. It's suicide. If a dev wants to use that platform because of the large fan base, and then makes a game that's compliant- great. No problems here. Sincerely hope they do well. To ignore the past year of patreon bans, release a game under patreon that's clearly violating the TOS, and then when called on it, change the game to be compliant, is my issue. As was said, it's literally bait and switch. And I know it seems like I'm picking on this dev specifically, but they're just one more in a number of devs that have done this in the past 6 months. It's just ridiculous. And for the record, I like this game. A lot. Which is why I'm complaining about it. But I won't support it because I won't support patreon's censorship policies. If the dev opens a SS account (or something else like Boosty), and makes the game an incest game again, I will support it.
