- Old saves won't work with 0.20. Have to start over.
- Incest is removed, and no in-game option for it. Protagonist just "lives with a family that isn't his".
- FREE version.. The game has been monetized.

I can handle changing the pills, but if we're stuck with this landlady-roommate crap there's no point.

The scene with the parents is just 3 renders. They appear only in the beginning and nothing is heard about them afterwards.
I don't think they'll play any role in the game at all, as it's clear why the Dev changed all that. (Read the new/old patreon rules.)
In that case, I can't understand why it will take a long time to update the patch if it's already made?

If old saves don't work, please say so in the OP. This game is pretty grindy don't know if I want to do it again.
Note to the comments above: I don't use the patch. In it, each character will just call each other by their given names - just use your own head canon as to what they are to each other; there is no use of landlady/roommate etc. in the non-patch version.

That's why I didn't re-sub right away since I didn't know why patreon took the game down, but knowing this I probably won't again unless the dev creates a Subscribestar page and restore the family ties (I only support wincest games). The whole point of the pills were so the family help you cope with the side effects of the experiments, but them not being related to you the point of the pills (which is the plot of the game) is lost for me.
this game is what i call downgrade, such a shame, was good game and now it become so boring shit, better dev change platform to subscribe star and stick to wincest or it's gg for him

There is no "landlady", he's not even related to them now after the change long ago, they are a married couple he moves in with, so he calls them by their actually names like a normal person.
A tag is not enough to tell
Since devs loves to add a lot of tags and then "lol it was all a dream never happened to mc and never gonna happen"

There's no excuse for developers who are making prohibited-format games (e.g., family) to still be on Patreon. It's ridiculous. Patreon has been shutting down games for over a year. He should move to another hosting site, and put the game back into the original format for relationships. Changing the game to unrelated people, when the story is clearly designed to be family-oriented is just pathetic.
