Pine Falls Part 1 is now available to Tier 1 and higher Patrons, as you know in both Windows and Mac formats, along with the walkthrough for the entire series. You can find it as one big archive to download or as split files of 1GB, choose whatever works best for you :

As for the coming update, the ETA is 15th of this month and I doubt it's going to change. Perhaps some of you haven't played the Part 1 yet so I'll try not to give away any more spoilers. However, more information about this update will come on release!

The "it was all just a dream" scenario is just a theory. There are many possibilities - variations on Wayward Pines, Under the Dome, Lost, certain episodes of Twilight Zone and Black Mirror, even The Trueman Show - still on the table. DanielsK doesn't strike me as a dev short on ideas as his various games have been quite different from one another and I'd be surprised if he goes for the easy option. The appearance of the MGA detective, as kindly posted by SolarEclipsed , suggest there will be some sort of investigation, by MC or others, at least.

There might even be some bizarre twist ala alternate versions of the females (Mia, Alice etc.) from a bus that was never trapped who went on with their lives completely unaware that copies of them were in Pine Falls, or some such.

In any case, the first major clue should be dropped within the opening sequence of the next update. Whether the doctor tells us:
a) You've been in a coma for X days, (feasible timeline)
b) You've been in a coma for Y days (where Y is less than the number of days MC spent in Pine Falls), or
c) You've been missing for a week and were only found in your car by the police Z days ago

Will give us a strong indication of where Part 2 is headed.

I am intrigued how this game is going to go, however I don't want all the hype to fall flat, as happened with Stranded part 2.

This game reminds me of the game Locked Away by Bitter Strawman, only a 2 chapters releases but has the same potential than Pine Falls. I recommend people to try it out

In many ways, for sure. And yet they are each unique, too. IMO it's great: two very different stories built on what seems to be a similar premise but going in pretty different directions.

As those of us who played the NTR route can testify, that wouldn't even be particularly difficult. that chick was thirsty.

Hopefully it will be more than just a cameo, because I love that guy.

So far it looks good for this game but I hope the mystery is better handled as in lancaster boarding house where it was simply forgotten.
I guess we get now a game /part 2 about the MC trying to get back and writing a book about it .

Seems like some type of alternate universe or.....force field may be the most likely. Maybe he’ll recover, head back for a quick in & out and rescue Lilly, the booze swilling girl who seemed to be the one willing to help him the most (unless I disremember; been a while).
