Fairly typical Isekai opening where John Standard-Protagonist from our world has a rendezvouz with Truck-Kun who goes on to introduce him to God/a god/a spirit/Rambo/an ill-defined ball of plasma. Said higher being gives him a mission; He's being sent to a world where the main character is getting NTR'd by the Big Bad who will Destroy All Reality, and he must stop them doing so to thwart that plan, somehow. But when he wakes up, he's back in his own body, the day of the accident! And he... doesn't actually have anyone that he has a particular emotional connection to?

I figure this could be one of those wildly-changing VN's like Press Switch or Student Transfer where there's a whole series of different branches that don't really intersect, or like an older Choose Your Own Adventure book. One path may be about him trying to track down some long lost relative, another may be about finding out he has a secret love interest/stalker, another where he finds out he was adopted and his biological parent(s) are still out there, or some more esoteric ones where he goes mad and assumes that he's in love with a media franchise and that the big bad is the current director who's "ruining" it.

Griftlands is a deckbuilder/roguelite game with both social and physical combat.

My pitch is not to translate the setting to porn, but use these mechanics. Instead of an amateur author writing cringy dialogue, seduction is done through the social combat system, while sex is more similar to games like Lust Hunter or Succubus★Connect!.

The advantage is that, at least in theory, the main elements of a porn game (interpersonal interactions and sex) would be translated into gameplay, and the main character could easily be a chad who picks a lot of girls for one night stands while the game still presents challenges.

No doubt it'd lead to hundreds of hour plus long video essays dissecting how deep and meaningful it is.

She says she needs Y ingredient from where goblins live, so you go there to get it.
And so on...

3. Breeding game, whereby:
You have to change character. Only get to live to adult + 12 months. Time passes 1 week per turn.
You get busy, have offspring, and if you have a couple months after birth, can provide support for stat bonuses
Then generation ends, you pick one offspring to play as, time skip to adulthood.
There would be an optional potion that carries over most of your traits, so you can play next gen as a similar character.
Maybe mix in a job system, so that higher job levels are unlocked with each generation. Breeding certain traits can slightly speed up a relevant job progression.
