I can picture said game being one of those management/mix stuff up types: you research new sex products by mixing components, with each individual component adding or subtracting to a number of possible results; test it on lab rats to see the results; send it to market

Dumb idea? Ok, try this one. A modern remake of Shounen to Chijo Oneesan-tachi no Shiawase H na Apaato Kurashi using daz or blender models and fully animated. Slight adjustments needed to avoid rule 7 violation likely required.
Idea for breeding game setting:
A generation ship, where during the flight it turned out that the hopes for the progress of genetics and medicine in preventing the negative effect of population bottleneck were... somewhat exaggerated. As a result, this has led to the formation of a society where human reproduction has ceased to be a private matter and should take place exclusively in dedicated areas[1] and under the supervision of qualified specialists.
1. Equipped with all the necessary devices to hold the female in a pose perfectly suited for conception.
1.1 Artificial insemination would obviously be more logical here, but we still have a porn game.

Oh, an actual dumb idea this time. A yandere battle. The MC is unlucky enough (or lucky enough?) to have two yandere set their sights on him at the same time. When they realize this the battle begins. Point of the game? Survive.

Ok so I've always wanted a pornstar rpg/simulator where the object is to be the top in the game whether it be one porn sites, only fans, escorts/prostitute. Make you're character more specialized in a specific field. I would have the "open world" like how it is in persona where it has limited amount of zones you can visit while you unlock more as you play. Of course you can create a male/female/NB Pornstar choose your established fetishs/dislikes as well body type and so on. Toss in some funny/weird encounters too in the open world to have some random fun and I think this is a fun game although very silly.

upon waking up he is surrounded by monsters. he was saved by your typical female lead sword princess type character, except she was a little too late and you lost your arm from the attack.
admitting you don't know anything about this world she proposes that your skills to be assessed. like in most usual setting. and yes you have a skill: Sword Talent. except you just lost your arm. what good is that talent? she herself realizes that he is even more of a liability than a skill-less.
