As far as I know. Affect3D is actually close to this kind of "quality" 3D animated. However, Umemaro3D is around for a long time (2004?)

You mean playersx? The user above you? The gif.. I believe it's from Dream of Desire (or at least I think so, since she reminds me of the Aunt) and about the game, no, it's not here on this site. For now you can only find the movie version on Pornhub and such but the game, if links are still working, are only for the Jap version. Unless someone buy it, then you'll not find it anywhere afaik.

Thanks, I just downloaded a 27gig folder with all their work in it and got the English version of the Work In Progress a long with a few others. 
As for the gif source, I'm going to have to check that game out hopefully it happens in the game and isn't just a render done by the dev. Thanks for the info.

Dunno, maybe try pasting the hash file into google to get more peers, also depends on the time of day if the seeders are on.
