Alright I just played it. Here is my in depth feedback for the Dev:
The Good:
The renders are beautiful. The female models have fresh look too. It's not a clone of anything, and has originality. All 4 of the girls are pretty, and each has their own flavor to them. Not many typos, easy to read.
The Bad:
-The main character will speak as "You" for his name, and not as the name you input. I minor thing with an easy fix.
-(Thoughts are not put in parenthesis when they should be or else dude is talking to himself.)
-Wall of Text: Somtimes you click and click and click and click... For a very long time between two different renders and this can be tiresome. I don't like clicking on the same render 10+ times in a row and have that text still coming.
-Sometimes you earn relationship and love points with a girl as a little message pops up that earned that, but it's not based on choices you make and I personally don't like earning free points like that.
-There was a short blowjob scene. It seemed to just sort of come out nowhere without adequate build up for a scene of such consequence. For sexual scenes in particular it would be much better if they were animated.
-Sometimes it is a bit confusing. As an example at the start it says something along the lines of "You are new in town and this is your new apartment" and they show you your new apartment that is kinda pink... but then all the sudden we are getting on a train and go to live in a dorm? Why rent an apartment and have a dorm room at the same time? I guess that could have been worded better.
-It feels like choices are lacking... For example an option to "Try to hold it" when you pee your pants in front of the girl is not available.
-Sometimes when listening to a girl she will literally go "Blah blah blah" and the focus goes on MC thoughts when I was actually interested in listening to what she had to say. This is annoying.
The Ugly:
Because of the choice of kinks (Man in diaper) expect a lot of Kink shamers roll on in and say "Not my cup of tea" if polite, and "The fuck is this weird shit?" If not so polite. Gonna have that... But fuck all that jazz. Make your art how you want to, and I wish you luck in building your game, and a fan base even if that fan base built around a fringe fetish.

I'm enjoying this, but I agree with a few points brought up:
1) being called "you" instead of name input makes the name input seem silly.
2) I actually do like being male in this role, I am super happy about that
3) some of the names are at the wrong times, where wrong name is displayed for the scene
4) the font is a bit small?
5) I do think there is places where there could be choices where there aren't any
I am super excited to see where this goes, I am personally really into femdom/mommydom and really interested in that direction, hope it keeps going that way with the hints its dropping. Some of the models are...I kinda like some, and others not to sold on, I don't like the They-are-over-18-cus-thats-what-I-said trope, even though they have the body of a 20 year old, having the face of a 10 year old is pretty off putting.
