Go up the stairs and click on the hallway looking thing on the left(the first thing you can interact with). Then click the upper most doorway.

You'll need to get the key first though.

Sounds like a save issue. I had no issues with my game or my save. From what I've seen, it's possible that a save may be corrupt because the variable is declared at that scene.
It's this " $ trouver_cle_grenier = False" being declared when you enter the room at the right time. That allows you to see a highlight for the key and take it.

I've tried to start a new save but the problem continues, maybe i have to erase the entire save folder and start fresh?

I saw that bug as well but i had another save that was unaffected. left me dig it up real quick.
Okay attached end of EP2 save. You should be able to continue normally from here without that bug.

Geez.. took another look. It does't look like it was declared and it's not needed to be declared. But my save and game had no issues with it.
