I've gone through (I think) all the current content and I gotta say, I can't wait for the game to be done. Will probably do a new game once it is. It surprised me at every turn as I at first thought it was just Gen 3 with H scenes and an updated mon roster.
However I am a bit worried that due to all the current content taking place on 1/6 of the Hoen region, as the maps opens up, we'll just be plowing through the whole game with what's usually end level pokemon. My suggestion is that once the entire map is finished, the encounters get rebalanced and spread around so that the difficulty spikes aren't all over the place like they currently are. Wich btw, there really should be an option to opt out the boss fights. I doubt I'm the first or last to accidentally fight Pandomonica at LVL6. A simple "You feel a strong aura coming from this trainer. Will you challenge, YES or NO" should suffice.
Also any reason the Hybrid pokemon are they're own entries in the pokedex and not just listed as extra forms? was that the only way to guarantee they came out the egg?

If you join the discord the author is very active and has polls up for what we'd like next and/or sneak peeks at what's currently under development every few days.
Can you make a cheat mode? You've actually made the Hex Maniac too hard (Lucario can't even deal enough damage due to strength Sap). Also, how do you progress? I can't seem to figure out how to get cut or the "boulder smash item". I can't even make it through the game, because the battles are too hard. Please, can you put in an auto win mechanic for those who would rather enjoy the story, and not grind audinos for hours?

go to the 1st floor of the pokecenter you can speak with a trainer with exp pokemon with lvl 5/10/15/20
ngl i think adding the typically sexy female pokemon to polls is a bit unfair
cause like ovbiously most people gonna vote for tsareena thats just kinda,expected

I totally agree : tsareena is the obvious choice for most people because of its anthropomorphic features, but exeggutor or tropius would give us some interesting sprites and scenes. A shame, really.
Sorry for the late reply! I'm not alerted when there's a message on here. I'm going to soon put a "Let me Smash" mode into the game that allows people to get a super strong Pokemon to blast through the game. Cut in found in a house in rustboro (I think near the Pokemon center?), once you beat the gym you should be able to get it. The game does require some team building, like you can get Azumarill who just destroys a lot of the game. There's a walkthrough highlighting all this stuff.
A lot of this will be fixed in the upcoming Beta version of the game (so update after next) Where I'll be rebalancing a not of the game and adding a lot of new things!

For rebalancing I'd suggest you lower the level of the Breedables as they are kind of high for the point in the story that they are. If you're strong enough to beat the Ralts, everyone until Roxanne is pathetically weak.

I second this. I will say I love the fact the creator gives the option and choice of the most unexpected Pokémon like Onix.
Its not from the leader its from the cut masters house. cant remember which house it is but its somewhere in the town with the first gym. If push comes to shove get the Debug tool. its a bitch move but its a move I have used as I'm terrible human.
Is there any plans to allow you to customize your character? Clothes, hat, skin color, stuff like that?
Not as far as I know. And since some of the daughter hybrids are heavily influenced by the current character model, if it does get added it will be waaaaay down the line.
There was a poll on their discord server and overwhelmingly it was decided that yes, we will eventually.
