You don't need Debug for that. Just watch what he says. You have to fight defensively, because you have an effective 4 point buffer (he takes double points and you can't block Special Attacks).
Short: Opponent is Jabbing/Blocking. Jab.

And a completed game for that matter. The concept could actually be cool, like teleportation to Hisui when the leak events happen leading to ghost type typholsion, and then all the other leak events that happen but this time our protagonist would be stopping the Ursaring killer. Main quests would be to clear the events legends Arceus style and then returning to the current timeline after event completion in fertilized state. Then a newly opened hospital + poke centre and you know the rest.
It wasn't really that big of a reveal, many people already knew this lore was canon, way before this leak came out, if you played the original D/P/PL games and go the city where the steel type gym is and enter the library and read some of the books it literally states that in ancient time, people often marry their pokemons and in the Sun & Moon games, there's a female tourist who literally is on vacation with her husband and her said husband is a Machoke (these 2 major hints should have given people the conclusion that people in the pokeverse do infact have/had sex with pokemon), so people in the pokeverse having sex with pokemon was an obvious conclusion with the amount of hints to know this facts be true without waiting for Nintendo to say it that is canon.
The english version also has hinted about this and in the Sun & Moon games with the female tourist being married to a Machoke, very obvious hints.

IIRC... After you defeat her, you have to leave the room (or the GYM, I don't remember) and go back. You'll see her doing it with her Golduck.
