Debug Mode (Down Arrow + X on the Title Screen). Give yourself some Rare Candies.

this is waste of time in debug mode you can simply select a pokemon on menu and this option will show you can do almost everything with this including change lvl just pay attention learnset does not work you'll need move relearner

menu->debug->add item->rare candy->choose number of items 99

If you're still on her quest: She should be where you left her in North Kindling Woods (Left side, where you fought the boss).
If you finished the quest: She'll be in her grove in South Kindling Woods where you encountered the Breloom. She says there, for now. The story might move her again, at some point.
