Playing a new Pokemon game with adult content is always fun because the Pokemon mechanics get to stick around. But I'm sitting here thinking "Damn, this game be punishing you for picking the fire starter again?" But in the long term, Cacnea was an awful choice. Why you picking the only Pokemon of the three that can't Mega Evolve? Houndoom and Sharpedo at least can do that but Caturine sucks.

well Cacturne is gonna get a costume Mega Evolution so all three are gonna have Mega Evolutions

Also is there a reason why the running speed is as bad as the Diamond/Pearl surf speed? It took forever to get through Mount Moon literally because running doesn't do much.

don't know if you tried but you can speed up and slow down the game by pressing Q otherwise it's just the regular run speed for the game

Another annoying thing is why does attempting to switch Pokemon always lag the game? I decided never to switch out because its faster than just switching to another Pokemon.

because every time you use the computer the games read from the shared save file so you can use Pokemon across save files in the box left of the first one

Finally, whoever thought it was great to keep Lt. Surge's puzzle is evil. I get the maids are there to turn it off but I refuse to get babied into not doing the damn thing.

If you're playing a version of gen 1 with a fire starter and not immediately go west at Viridian City for a Mankey and rival fight what are you doing?

I'm assuming this is with Joiplay? If so, been stated many times in the thread that the version of Essentials that is used as a base for this game doesn't work with Joiplay.

The strange thing is i play this game on joiplay and never had any problem like this guy had, he probably messed something on the configs.

Oh I did that. i just didn't expect Mela to battle me and then not having a Pokemon that could hit a fire/ghost type with Flash Fire. Finding Passosand was cool too and then I just leveled up Houndour until it learned Smog. That's what I meant by "being punished for picking the fire starter" because its not just Brock/Olivia.

There is a person just outside cycling road you need to recruit after being able to use surf in order for breeding to work.

LET ALL KNOW THE GREATNESS OF THE Q and D BUTTONS! For all those who are not in the know. one of the bookshelves in your room clues you in on how to speed up the animations of the game by what I assume is 2x(1Q)/4x(2Qs) speed. This affects everything, walk speed, battle animation, evolve animations, while the D button skips dialogue like a true speedrunner.

Even then, the grinding half is still agonizingly slow. Especially money grinding since the money from the restaurant you get as part of the Manaphy-Hybrid side quest is real-time based as to when you can collect more of it, so the optimal money grinding method still remains either spamming Pay Day with a Meowth/Persian, or the Breeders in front of beaten gyms.

Would be nice if the Casino also gave us real-time income, given the whole point of taking it over is to get rich AND to have the sexy Casino Bunny Jennys at our beck and call, and as of currently we're only getting the latter out of the deal (which is fine and all, this is a porn parody, but money is also important, and Annabel promised me she'd make me rich by transferring ownership of the casino over to me).

Bro you know that pokemon exists meowth and payday i am not sure but this game should have this mechanic.

yeah when i have a good opportunity i will probably work in a better money mechanic but i am curious about what you are spending the money on, don't remember any big money sink

Shit tons of Ultraballs and Repels (the latter because you keep accidentally jacking up the Encounter rates in various places for testing and then leaving them jacked up in the publically released build.)
