You can use Wine. I can confirm this runs under linux with it. And they have a prebuilt package for it.

You must be registered to see the links

You might also be able to compile Lutris or Bottles if you want a gui to manage windows software.

But in reality you're likely going to be pretty limited in what you can get to run on Mac OS due to how locked down it is.

Let's be honest here, that Zangoose with hone claws may have been a little to much for a first battle . After that though? I think it's a fair challenge, specially because the other trainer's pokemon give you a lot of exp.

Honestly, you may be right but i don't know.
I usually get my monsters to lv 10+ at first chance which i could from within the village.
My second hit was also a crit which took the zang down instantly.
Maybe it's more difficult without a lucky crit, propably.

Yes I have like three post back to back but i'm not sure if anyone asked this question and i'm too lazy to go sleuthing through all these posts but, are EVs (effort values) in place? In the original pokemon games EVs were gathered alongside the grind for EXP. An example would be if I had Level 1 ralts. The Ralts has set set stats that can increase by 1.... God I'm a NERD!!! Long story short Using rare candies to lvl hurts your Pokemans.

From what i can tell you get a the same stats as in official's. Propably used the same kit, they include evs.

I'm surprised to see so many people complaining about Joey's battle. Lopunny can literally solo his entire team

No they wouldn't, there are thousands of pokemon hackroms out there. I know they nuked a few, but that doesn't mean they do that sistematically or that it will happen with this one.

Not 100% true.
Actually they do have a system, and a really simple one.

As soon as the project gathers 'too much' of an audience or makes 'too much' money, they come for you.
Like the boogeyman.
'too much' is something that varies, depending on the type of game.
They usually make less of a hussle about hentai-games or that kind of game, in general.
But, it's not a question of if, only when.

Ok, I need to address this one by one as well, to avoid confusion.

1. Point taken.

2. I made the adult characters large to add more details. And the sprites that are smaller are meant to represent children. Unfortunately, doing the same for buildings is going to kill me so I decided to not mess with those. Trust me when i say, you cannot appreciate Asha's hips as well, if I shrunk her down to the 'normal' NPC sprite size. Also, I always hated the fact that every sprite (aside from tubers and toddlers) all share similar sprite sizes in base Pokemon games.

3. Running animations are a bit janky yes, but since this is the first time I'm doing any pixel art in my life, I'm trying to improve on that front. I don't really care much about door animations. Those are like the bottom of the list of priorities. Battle animations are currently limited since I'm using the default provided and haven't had time to make custom animations yet.

4. Weird, the room tags are supposed to be interactable. It will state the character's full names and role. Stuff like the Snorlax plushie and whatnot are also interactable.

5. Yup, those are leftovers. Haven't gotten rid of it yet.

Other questions:

1. Yes, and no. The only planned ones are Asha x her evolution 3 starter. 98 percent of the fucking done in this game is by the MC, You.

2. Romance is quite literally part of the overview of this game. It is essential to the story and the character development of Asha. No slavery (geneva convention) no brute sex or rape. But my mind may change depending on poll results.

3. Double pen is on the table, the rest probably not. I will let the patrons decide, but none are planned atm.

Please, make sure rape/overly brutish sex never makes it into the game by not giving this option for any poll. Ever.
This would just destroy the entire thing for me, and surely for a lot of others, too.
I mean if we get the option for.. i dunno, forcefully take some team rocket sloot after she tried to lure us into a trap or soemthin', fine. But no bad things with the pokemans. They are meant to be a source of joy!

Downloading now to try it out! A difficult pokemon game is always a welcome sight. I'm a bit sad that the PC has to be a male, and would love to see a female/femboy/futa option one day, whatever's easiest/most interesting for you, hopefully. I completely understand that may not be in the works due to the amount of extra art or lack of interest, though.

I was so unlucky I lost twice. After that though? Easy, specially after you get that sweeper lopunny.

This is really fun just from a pokemon challenge and the H stuff is just a huge bonus. I cant wait to see the future of this. Tho will there be scene with other not involving the MC. Like stumbling upon someone being naughty with a npc or pokemon in the fore or background
