I found out about this version recently and I love it. The team battles were something I forgot was a part of the single player experience (Played Plat, Heartgold, A bit of Sun) and enjoyed it a lot. I don't know what the game was like before this version, but with the items given and going the gigachad route, it was challenging but enjoyable. Almost forgot it was a H version of Pokemon because of how invest I was in the battling. I'm hoping their will be more cute non-H and H art added in the future. Keep up the good work.

Overview:
Old school Pokemon game with a perverted twist! You play as Caleb, a senior Field Researcher and Pokemon Trainer as you traverse the Sinova Region to train a new lab-created Pokemon while uncovering the conspiracy of Team Creation; a cult of deviants hell-bent on restarting the life cycle of all living things. Features a narrative-based Romance system (akin to a dating sim) for your Rival and fellow field Researcher, and a pet system that allows you to raise certain Waifumons (for naughty reasons), and many, many quests and events!

P.S. This game is meant to be TOUGH. So use items, strategize, and play smart. Grind if you need to. If you're a filthy casual, this game is not meant for you.

Really loving this game so far, although I'll admit I didn't pay attention when downloading and was very surprised how tough it was. Just need to figure how to transfer data now for the newer versions.

Its automatic. Your save file is separate from the game folder and is stored in Users/YourName/Appdata/ so on and so forth.

Does this game require me to be some kind of competitive pokemon sperglord in order to get anywhere? From the complaining about "filthy casuals" and telling people to "git gud" it sounds like it was made for the kind of person who is into that scene. What even is a "casual" in your mind? Someone who doesn't religiously follow the "Meta" on Competitive Pokemon, and doesn't have Serebii set to their homepage?

I play video games to have fun, not breed and hatch the same pokemon several dozen times until I get one with a base ATK of 25/25 or whatever.

Maybe instead of following the sheep, try the game yourself and make your own judgements? If you want to get snarky with me, the least you can do is make legit complaints instead of baseless assumptions.

What sheep? I'm just reading the OP on the front page and wondering if it's the kind of game that was built for ultra autistic competitive types, like some Pokemon fangames are.

Like "This game is NOT for casuals!!!" could mean literally anything. It could refer to people who have never touched a pokemon game in their lives and/or don't know how pokemon type weaknesses work, to people who don't sit at the daycare and run around in circles for hours at a time breeding and hatching the perfect pokemon for the Meta.

I'll grind to hell and back in games like Armored Core (Fuck yeah finally after 10 goddamn years we're getting Armored Core 6) and Dark Souls/Elden Ring, and I'll rewalk the same Routes beating up wild pokemon over and over to level up my pokemon, but I absolutely refuse to waste what shitty life I have breeding and hatching the same pokemon over and over in a children's game, stuffing them into PC boxes until I literally have a box each filled with shitty versions of "The perfect meta competitive pokemon with the best base stats it can ever possibly have". If that makes me a casual, not actually sorry sorry

All your questions have already been answered within the first page. There is NO bullshit involving IV/EVs in this game. No hatching and breeding, no Pokemon Kaizo romhack bullshit difficulties. It is literally just a harder-than-average Pokemon game that actually requires you to use some braincells to counter enemy teams by building correctly instead of just using 6 favourites and stomping the game. Of course, I cannot control how players approach the game, and some of them simply overlevel their mons to sweep everything (they will pay for their hubris in the future).

The difficulty is subjective at most. The game was designed solely for oldschool players old enough to appreciate tougher games, and of course, old enough to see 18+ content. It is NOT meant for beginners who don't know shit, or for filthy sad saps who refuse to use items in battle and consider the need for it as 'bad design.'[What the fuck do they think items are for then?]

Everything else, you make your own judgments.

You know, speaking of overleveling, I think the best Pokemon Fangame that sorta countered this "issue" was Pokemon Opalo, where you were capped at a certain level until you get the next gym badge, but it wasn't unfair like Pokemon Reborn where you wouldn't be able to use your Pokemon if they went past the level limit and had to buy level decreasing candy with very hard to come-by money.

An example would be the first Gym leader would have level 12-13 mons, but you could level up to 15-16, but once your Pokemon reached 15-16 you would get only 1 exp from every fight with those mon until you got the badge, then the level limit would increase up until a certain point, where you would have to get the next gym badge/complete a major story event, and thus the cycle would continue until you beat the Champion. You could also still go pass the 15-16 level limit by using Rare Candies, but for the most part you were stuck in that level range until you got the next badge/completed the next major story event.

I imagne that this would be a total nightmare to code, though.

As someone who hasn't played Pokemon in years and was never into the competitive scene or dived into the meta, I can reassure you that it's not THAT hard. The game is challenging, especially right out the gate, but as long as you use your items, have a decent strategy and idea of what you're doing, and are willing to fail sometimes and come back at it with another approach, this game shouldn't stonewall you. If all else fails, just rely on your starter and the other "special" pokemon you can get (you'll know 'em when you see 'em). They've got some insane moves that can really bust through most foes, and the game gets a bit easier after you reach the second town.

Heads up, it's possible to get stuck in the Occult house after Eros town if you encounter one of the patrolling occultist in the wrong spot.

I love how all the first comments are about the balance of the game and pokemon stats on a site and a game about porn games xD i love it

It's the gift and curse of places like PokéCommunity having great (and not so great) RPG Maker titles and ROM hacks to measure against! There is not a huge wealth of games to compare the specific pornographic content against, but going on a Pokémon adventure? Everyone and their Growlithe has examples to work with!
