You're on Beta or you don't have mandatory patch installed.
There are any number of ways to change the story. Drew finds a genie and wishes to be able to impregnate the girls. Or fruit mutates Drew to be able to impregnate without needing balls. Or Ophelia finds the genie and turns Drew into a fertile woman, while changing into the Shemale that breeds all the girls.

I could see doing it. Not into dudes, so that's a major strike from the start, but Drew actually looks like a woman, and that's appealing. And frankly, that ass would be a target regardless of sex, so why not?
