Oh, you're forgetting the second roadblock (the first being having sex with a family member). In most harem games, the fact that the MC isn't telling the girls he's having sex with multiple women is overlooked, making him cheat on well, everyone. Here on the other hand, a more realistic approach is taken (which seems strange in such a comedic game, but remember it's satire so it fits), so you can expect the fact that the MC is having sex with all three family members will not be glossed over. Hunter can use that to stir up trouble, after all, it's not because one of them has no problem having sex with the MC, that they're willing to accept that he's having sex with another.
And then there's the final harem part, the orgies. Which means the MC will certainly have to find some way to open the idea of extending the incestual behaviour of his family. While some may be more open, others may have issues with this.
And finally, you can be certain that there will be a boss fight.

So yeah, I don't think we're quite at the finish line just yet.

Pretty good game, but it turned into a complete blowjob-land. A better spaced out progression with the girls would help a lot.

Well they are all being developed to show that they have a sharing is caring attitude interestingly enough - not with the other family sure but its definately the case there isnt much jealousy or possessiveness going about.

Ophelia - is the one pushing Amber into a relationship with the MC, despite many chances never interferes with MC being with Eva and also is now aware hes been having fun with Mallory.
Catherine - according to dialogue Amber said shes been supportive of their blossoming romance, shes competitive with Eva thats for sure but Amber seems to have her complete blessing on being with the MC.
Brenna - literally pimped her bestie to the MC and defends their rather loud exchanges of bodily fluids lol

None of this covers your key point - the issue of him being with another. Im not sure if there is a leniency if it its with say the aunt as thats not really been focally covered in the story yet from the main family but we did have hesitancy regarding the cousin from the mother and the MC sharing a room during the earlier stages of the game when she was introduced so its a thing even there i guess and thats with the one least taboo of them all. All we know is barriers are breaking down with every patch with Brenna now getting full on with him for money, Ophelia has gone from frigid sex toy ban mother hen to lustily seeing her son as a real man, Catherine from religion preaching prude to curious sexpot and cousin Lucia going on full on exhibitionist after what seems a repressed childhood. If they can start accepting these changes within themselves im sure they can accept him being with others a little closer to home esp if its to the benefit of them personally (Ophelia was lonely and miserable, Brenna is achieving her dreams of being a social media icon, Catherine is scaling back from aggressive nuisance to mature woman, Azelia from low confidence emotional punching bag to confidant and charismatic and Lucia from extreme paranoia of exposure to full confident in her body and embracing compliments regarding it)

Still all of this is a long ways away. He has to enjoy them by their selves first and foremost before the dev tackles harem angle regarding them and he might not even go that way instead making more independent endings when that time comes but ill see how the dev handles that when the time comes. In the meantime MC needs to enjoy them for himself before worrying about tackling issue of the others and when if he does want Harem options then there are plenty without having to resort to them knowing about the others as you already have Eva/Brenna and very likely in the future Amber/Catherine and Aziel/Mallory or Ophelia/Mallory.
