OK, saw the 'what if' loved it but here is my fear, didn't WWG? say that if it was going to happen in the game proper then it would be out of the question for the "what ifs"?
For example, the fact that Ophelia didn't have a vaginal sex scene because she hasn't done that in the game proper.

I'll first say, I don't know all the answers, but these are just guesses and not what WWG has said.
Ophelia didn't have a vaginal scene in the What if. Her pussy was only revealed in CH 9, but no sex yet. So he only went as far as showing her pussy and why she only gave BJ's in the what if. So he can save the sex scene for the main game. Also, she was implied to have been fucked in the "Hunter gets every girl" bad end in CH 9, but we don't actually Hunter use her pussy. She's just hunched over with cum all over her. The wait to see what he's going to do with Ophelia is unbearable!
As for all the pregnancies, Ophelia has already been pregnant in a bad end once, but her having a big belly was skipped, but we did get to see Brenna and Cath. I think that makes Ophelia's Pregnant reveal a little easier to show us in this What if.
The two that are hard for me to guess why he would show was Lucia's Pregnancy, at least in the last what if. Since she wasn't pregnant in the main game yet. Also Keira. Only WWG knows if she's actually going to be used. I mean, he went as far as making a model for her. So who knows? I think these 2 was just WWG throwing us an extra bone.

I do hope that is the model used for Lucia's mother in the future & now I'm even MORE interested in seeing her grandmother. That being said who amongst you would play a full game ver of this what if? Because I would.

This was merely a suggestions from a top tier on patreon. These are not canon. For starters, if we get the Harem ending (and i don't see how we won't), it's not going to play out like this evil Sterling.
the new third What if story is kinda like the hamen pregnancy ending, which I think it would be more fitting in the main story .

Next choices are on the 1st. voting for the finalist are on the 11th. Then release can be anywhere from the 21st forward.
I feel like WWG? could just as easily include that in the main game. If he has a 'Christmas' chapter, maybe they're throwing a Christmas party and Cath demands someone dress like Santa. When Sterling refuses, Hunter volunteers and someone bad ends on Hunter Claus's lap. I do really want to see Christmas content in the game and with the next chapter due in a couple of months, it'll probably be in a What if? which is good.
I'd be curious about a what if where Sterling is oblivious to Hunter's plot and is doing nothing to stop him. Lots of discreet sex and things happening around him. Sort of like the bad end from this last chapter where he's deaf and blind and Hunter is fucking everyone, but instead Sterling is just clueless and is trying to live a normal life. Might be too much work though.
I can see where you're coming from, but it is obvious that the time frame moved up quite a lot in this What If, since he resorted to Hunter's drugs to get the girls. I don't think he'll be this open in the ending of the main game, nor will be able to convince the girls to "hand over" their friends just like that.
On a seperate note, if anyone wants to suggest some ideas I posted before for the next What If?
What if the act of fellatio didn't strip away Sterling's powers, but instead gave a blessing from his god? When the Minotaur pops up, we'd have Ophelia, Catherine and Lucia keep him occupied while Ophelia tells Sterling to fuck the shit out of Brenna so she's full power to take the Minotaur down.
Or when "Derik" pops up, instead of Hunter having a chat with him, he tells Sterling to keep him occupied and to sabotage the date. After the failed date, Derik goes back home, to find the rest of the cast of BB getting fucked by Hunter. Next thing Sterling hears from Hunter is a message he's not coming back home because he found a new challenge, along with some pictures of the castmembers of other incest games properly fucked (or getting fucked). Sterling saved his family, but at what cost? (But this one might be a bit too hard to get the models right)

You don't know the situation Keira originally went through. All you're told is that Hunter trained Drew, eleven months into their stay Keira gave birth to Lucia, and years later you catch Drew and Hunter in their respective threesomes. You're not told how any of it transpired, if substances were used or not, if Keira knows anything about Hunter or if she knows about Hunter training Drew or if Hunter was even the same person back then. Keira cutting through all of the shock and drama of the What if? to assume that Sterling did all of this would be a lot. Someone got Keira pregnant, that was it. Was it an accident? We don't know. It's not like Drew and Hunter turned Keira and her mother into a baby factory. And since Keira doesn't know Hunter or Drew are even around in the present, I don't see how she'd arrive at the idea that Sterling impregnated everyone before getting soup'd.
It was never "What if Sterling was evil". That was someone's incorrect interpretation of the suggestion. The suggestion was "What if Sterling decided to embrace his role as Dio del sesso. Without conscience affecting his decisions, he corrupts and conquer all the ladies.". He's still pretty evil in the grand scheme of things. He turned every female he knows into his broodmare slave, but it's still Sterling; he's going to have a softer touch as a puppet master. The idea that he'd be some kind of evil mirror version of himself was just speculation.
