There is an option at the start to turn if off.
If you accidently turned it on, you can go to the last room in the bottom and click on the ugly face to turn it off again.
If you still left it on, when the NTR scene comes around, you get a choice and you can choose the option that makes the most sense to stop the NTR from happening.
with all this, there should be no way to accidently see the NTR scenes.

I just played through this and I really enjoyed the story so far. My only complaints are the sandbox element and the forced fetishes. For example Hairy women [Brenna's constantly growing Bush] and Female Domination [Mother's storyline in chapter 9] are not avoidable (I don't even see them in the tags).
I also hope that the "Guest" that came to visit at the end of Chapter 9 doesn't turn out to be Trans, as that would be another forced fetish i am not into. She doesn't look like she is, but based on the story so far it could be possible.
Still, I am looking forward to the next update. I will check out the What If's in the meantime.

It is not like the foot of the mountain at all. Although I am a big fan of that game too. In this game, a scene is never repeated as it is twice. Every time you have to repeat a scene, you experience new dialogue/renders that progress the story. This is one of the many reasons that this game is so popular.
