I forget the name of the original, but the version Lucia is playing is from "haramase simulator". which is a game made up of a collection of CGs from other japanese games.

If its not a real game someone who is a patron should suggest that Drew does something similar to the main character in that game for a what if. WWG made it purely for PV. It's not an actual downloadable game.
