The dot is not a decimal point!Actually saying 0.1 is like saying 0.10, what comes after 0.9 in fact should be v1.0, 0.10/0.1 would come after 0.09/0.0.9 most of the times
Look at any version number of any software you own. You'll see that after a major update it'll go from 2.3.4 to 3.0. Everything before or after a dot is its own number. Version 1.5 doesn't mean it's halfway up to version 2. It just means it's a newer version of 1.4.
