Mid feb is anywhere from the 10th to the 19th roughly. He intentionally said he won't give an exact date because he was talking about the window of the middle of the month and not exactly the middle of the month.
it’s not delusional or dishonest, it’s just straight up incorrect. Hunter is missing for most of the chapter and only actually appears in one of the NTR bad endings. The only way he gets more action is the fact that in the bad ending he actually does vaginal with Ophelia, while she still restricts mc to anal only.
What’s really crazy is the fact that Hunter, canonically, has had NO sex since the beginning of the storyline. No blowjobs, no penetration, NOTHING. My personal headcanon/theory is that the reason Hunter was missing for all of chapter 10 is because he was taking a vacation of sorts to cure his everblue balls. Dude has lost teeth, an eye, and hasn’t been able to get any action. It makes sense that he’d take a break once drew arrived

I can't say for certain, but the reason he was missing was because Cath and Amber forced him to drink Alcohal, which activates the drug and it wasn't a small amount he drank either, he was forced to drink almost the entire bottle. So i think the surgery he had was very real and it wasn't just a cyst they removed, but 1 whole kidney. probably had kidney failure.
At least, it connects well enough that I think that's what happened to him. Would explain the long absence.

I made the prediction that Hunter dies by the end of the game. I see three options for end game canon Hunter.
All is brought to light and he's arrested. He doesn't want to be found after all.
He is threatened by Sterling with dirt he probably has collected over the course of the game. He is forced to leave and never make contact with anyone ever again.
He is killed/dies. He was only losing non-vital body parts, but now we are at Kidneys. If I'm right about that anyways. We actually don't know who he's hiding from. It might not even be the government, but some nasty people he wronged and if he's found, he could be killed. So that's why I'm so heavy on Hunter being dead at the end.
Same for Sterling. I expect Hunter to kill Sterling in 1 bad end at least. Sterling has become a health risk for Hunter too. Every time something goes wrong, he gets hurt. So if he gets rid of Sterling, no more injuries, but more importantly, the girls. Hunters life is on the line now and he should realize by this late into the game that Sterling can't be won over to his side anymore.

But, jokes aside. It would be a "well deserved punishment" for him at the end. And i think it could fit the tone of the game if he lose his dick in a comical way like his eye.

Whatever Hunter's end will be, i just hope there will be a ultimate humiliation for him where Hunter has to watch Sterling fucks every girl on the house, while all of them deny him. The creep old man can't die, go to jail or dissapear before realize he was beated and humiliated in his own game.
Hunter is actually sterling from the future and Ophelia's mom is Brenna. If sterling continues fucking his family he'll end up like hunter and if he stops then Hunter gets his prize impregnating them ending the cycle. He didn't give an exact date. "Middle of February" is more of an estimated time frame, not a declaration that it's coming on the 15th

No wait, it can be kind of a bad ending of the game. Sterling gets fed up with Hunter and proceeds to fuck all the girls while mocking him while we see Hunter crying at first and then laughing and maybe get a heart attack and dies. The reason for his laugh is that he knew that Sterling will eventually become a "new" him. Flash forward and we see a repeat of the intro of the game with a new MC and Old!Sterling doing Hunter's role.
