Yes. Drew was born a man and was male until sometime after he and Hunter were told to leave by David just after Catherine's 3rd birthday(Sterling was 4).
It's never been revealed who Lucia's father is, with both Hunter and Drew the most likely candidates.
...The mysterious 'guy from the roller rink' coming in a distant 3rd.

Hunter once said HE was Lucia's father, but that was when Hunter was high on pain killers after going to the dentist in Ch.7, so there's the distinct possibility that he lied. Or did he?
Who knows, but I bet we'll find out soon.
