I think Drew explained (in ch10 bad end with Tiff) that she had them removed so she could control her testosterone level, as that is where the hormone is (mainly) produced. Too much testosterone would make Drew look more masculine, after all.
There's the additional "benefit" (depending how you look at it) of not having to worry about impregnating anyone.
Also the meta benefit of giving us in the audience a more feminine view when seeing Drew from various angles during sex.
I must have misread the bad ending with Tiff there.
Also I would have prefered Drew too have the testes that way she could continue to impregnate the girls when fucking them

She responds in the bad ending of chapter 10 she likes "how girly it looks" to be honest I don't agree with her but maybe in the end MC will agree to share some girls with Drew as long as he's together and can get laid with her.

Yeah I can see the MC(Sterling) sharing some of the girls with Drew once he deals with Hunter and yeah only if hes is allowed to fuck her too. The girls I can see Drew sharing would be Lucia,Tiffany and Brenna.

i stopped playing it at chapter 9 . the dialogue between characters are ridiculous , many jokes and nonsense
the renders are nice thats why i hope the dev work on new game with serious story

I don't agree with a dick without balls looking more feminine lol, I see Lucia being shared, but I don't know about Tif and Brenna, maybe Eva and Mallory, if MC shares someone, which I think is unlikely, maybe it's the ones the MC has less affinity and Lucia because she wants to.

I unfortunately agree. Just came back to it and the writing quality has dropped. It was fun and witty before and even the over-the-top theatrics were entertaining. But now Ophelia's character is just a walk over which does not suit her for me. Still early in my play through so I'll see how it goes.
Edit: This game requires an open mind to ALL POSSIBLE scenarios. Play through the stuff you don't like, and mostly likely you'll find stuff you do.
I didn't like the Eva trying to be Eva with Ophelia scene, but I like how Ophelia pulled everything back together, we all have different views I respect that and move on. The tell all was ... interesting, really want to see how the dev handles that part of the story. It's a roller coaster ride story with a bit for everyone. As I said an open mind is needed or you won't enjoy any of it.

Maybe you have to have a certain sense of humor to get the jokes in the game. Or a certain level of humor.
In my opinion, the jokes and humor are just as much why this VN is so popular as the renders and story.
If you're going to make or play a game where a grandfather tries to impregnate every woman in his family with his absurdly oversized penis while using his son-turned-daughter to help him turn them into sex slaves...there had better be a damn joke in there somewhere.
Otherwise, this is just an animated, uncensored episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit with less Ice-T.
(A dream sequence or NTR ending with Mariska Hargitay might be interesting...)

This is the entire point of the writing. Comedy is about inclusivity. Things are funny if only certain people get it.
Based on my experience here, half of the people posting on this website are fourteen year olds from Bangalore who need something to do while their dick scabs heal.
So, if everyone here understood and appreciated my game's writing, I'd be worried, because it was explicitly made to exclude them. The dialogue is supposed to be tedious and nonsensical for many. It's like Ulysses for your dick. You know, if you swap the musings and subversions of 19th century Irish intellectualism with musings and subversions of commericials I saw as a kid.

Power Vacuum has always had some sense of humorous wordplay, and weird conversations.
