Only the winner was declared, the scene hasn't been made yet. Once it's released to the top tier patrons one of them may leak it here. However since it's only that tier that receives it if no one leaks it your sol.

In a way it kinda still is an NTR scene. Just the NTR isn't happening to Sterling. Amber is having her boyfriend stolen from her by her sister of all people. So depending on your perspective it totally is NTR from the viewpoint of Amber.

In 1999, It was before the internet allowed us to find basically anything we would want to see so this had a purpose. Just like Baywatch in the 1990's used to be watch by male teenagers for the plot...

But that was a good movie, which also came out at the right time. That era was rife with lighthearted high school romcoms, and then this came out as a much darker movie.
