Thoughts on Sterling's bad ending:
I assume the repeated bump-bump-bump was him bashing his head in frustration against the inside of the robot, which suggests that he could see/hear what Hunter was doing, but could not communicate or control the robot. This is an extremely sadistic move by Hunter, and I think the way it was presented makes it even more horrifying, with the audience learning the truth after the fact, rather than showing Sterling's perspective from inside the robot.

Your save is considered malicious, and for some reason says it's from another device which is bad supposedly. Could you zip up and post your whole save folder?

The saves around page 70 are reserved for certain What If episodes. Skip those.
*Edit* I've removed the link to the save folder since many of the save files I had broke with the latest official release or loaded to a point different than the one shown in the thumbnail. I'll probably replay the game and redo my saves and upload them sometime in the future.
