I can't say for sure, but if Cerberus gets a scene, my guess is with Ophelia next. Hunter of course will get a scenes, but we don't know what girl. I'm sure there will be other NTR scenes, but it's a shot in the dark who will be getting a scene. At least until more NTR teasers come up.

Futa and trans are two different things. Futa is a born woman with a dick (which is partly fictional). trans is when a woman wanted a man's dick, just as a man wanted a female one. so Eva can't be futa (unless she decides to become trans) which is a stupid plot twist and means she's ntr.

This, basically. It's the same as "story boarding" like they do with movies. Planning out not only the story, but the individual scenes, character positions, and so on. It's a huge time saver in the long run, and helps avoid wandering off on tangents too often. It's just far too tempting for someone with a strong number of subs to keep stringing things along forever, and it's nice to see when someone "sticks with the script" and bangs out meaningful content moving the story along every time.

No, what's proof is that what you consider "classic sitcoms" are probably popular for all the family soapy comedies, which in my cultural baggage tend to be the American ones... To me, the top notch classic sitcoms are British, and in general, have a quite different tone and quality... I also expect better from a fellow who also uses a mythological username.
