In the 18 months that Sterling was gone, Hunter conquered the house and the women had his babies. Lucia saw through Hunter's scheme early on, but with Sterling gone she couldn't thwart Hunter by herself so she probably gave up and went home to Canada. (I thought there was a line that mentioned her leaving but I can't seem to find it.)I don't think I ever actually asked, but do you guys think Hunter killed Lucia and Drew in the Starling Force Fem Bad End since Lucia would know shit's fucked the second Sterling disappeared and Drew would be the first to object to Hunter's plan given both her identity and the fact she flips out over something as "minor" as a sleeping drug dart?
Or did they manage to flee the scene, Drew probably already knowing Lucia is her daughter and wanting to keep her safe from her dad, and escaped to Canada?
Yeah but they mention not "seeing her" since then, which might be her trying to flee as much as it might mean her being killed, that's why I was saying she could straight up be dead.In the 18 months that Sterling was gone, Hunter conquered the house and the women had his babies. At a minimum Drew gave advice on hormones, as "Starling" explains to Brenna. I think Drew helped even more, most likely arranging for "Starling" to see the best doctors (including ones Drew used during her own transition).
EDIT: Here's the line about Lucia, right before "Starling" appears:

I suppose it can be read either way? But the more I think about, the more it seems like Lucia's alive. Saying she "hasn't been the same since" sounds like they still hear from her occasionally.Yeah but they mention not "seeing her" since then, which might be her trying to flee as much as it might mean her being killed, that's why I was saying she could straight up be dead.
Hmm... I would assume that knowing Hunter, he made an effort to get rid of Lucia than to think that she left. And without letting Drew know that Lucia is his (her) daughter. In the 18 months that Sterling was gone, Hunter conquered the house and the women had his babies. I just don't think Hunter would kill Lucia unless he saw her as a viable threat. At that point in the game (Chapter 11), what could Lucia say or do that would ruin Hunter's plans? She didn't know everything yet, so if she ran home and told Keira & Nora he seduced the house, they'd simply react with amusement and nostalgia.Hmm... This is a very possible option than just letting Lucia run away (knowing that he knows a lot), Hunter will not let her go so easily, and everyone thinks that she left...
Tell the police everything? Put Hunter's entire plan at risk?I just don't think Hunter would kill Lucia unless he saw her as a viable threat. I guess Lucia could go the police, but that's the nuclear option, isn't it? Once the police get involved, all the incest would be discovered, potentially ruining everyone's lives. Considering how happy Ophelia/Brenna/Catherine seemed to be when Hunter took over, I think Lucia would choose to keep quiet rather than trigger mutually-assured destruction. Hunter's counting on this, otherwise the police could've been called already.Tell the police everything? Put Hunter's entire plan at risk?
Destroy everything Hunter had previously prepared with any news and rumors, even through social networks and knowledge of Lucia's hacker hobbies, she could completely put Hunter in a difficult situation, not to mention the sudden disappearance of an assistant (Sterling), she is not so stupid and can guess that something could happen to Sterling, because he was the one who was ready to confront Hunter and just left? It is pointless....
any departure of Lucia will put Hunter's entire plan at risk (even if he can bribe the entire police). Either she should have been locked up somewhere or something else.
He won't be able to get away with just bribing the police and corruption, because there will be people everywhere who will be interested in the dirty business of Hunter and the Sterling family, thanks to Lucia's unexpected rumors and why the police are doing nothing about him
Oh shit! I forgot that pornologic is needed here, in general you are right, I forgot that such things as justice do not exist in Avn's, otherwise the whole plot will go to piecesI guess Lucia could go the police, but that's the nuclear option, isn't it? Well yes, you must never forget to apply porn logic!Oh shit! I forgot that pornologic is needed here, in general you are right, I forgot that such things as justice do not exist in Avn's, otherwise the whole plot will go to pieces![]()

Ah... I know, I know! It's not about Lucia being able to prove anything or where she'll find evidence, but that purely theoretically, if you switch to reality and someone comes to the police and starts screaming about her relatives doing dirty deeds, someone will say "complete nonsense", but among you there will be someone who will be secretly interested in this case and wants to get to the bottom of the case secretly...Well yes, you must never forget to apply porn logic!
But again, what exactly could Lucia tell the police? What evidence did she have? Remember the words of Lt. Daniel Kaffee (Tom Cruise) in A Few Good Men:
"It doesn't matter what I believe. It only matters what I can PROVE."
The girls find out that it's actually Sterling soon after right? Right after the quote you posted I mean?In the 18 months that Sterling was gone, Hunter conquered the house and the women had his babies. Didn't you tell me on day that the story is probably happening in new Jersey specifically because incest in that state is legal and there is a dialogue mentionning the legality?I guess Lucia could go the police, but that's the nuclear option, isn't it? Good point, see my quote below. However, while the family may not face legal consequences, I imagine the public shaming could be quite severe.Didn't you tell me on day that the story is probably happening in new Jersey specifically because incest in that state is legal and there is a dialogue mentionning the legality?
Perhaps I am wrong, I may misremember.
The only clue I'm aware of is in Chapter 8, when Ophelia is breastfeeding Sterling...
Sterling: "Is it wrong for me to have a good time?"
Ophelia: "Morally...kind of...legally...I'm pretty sure..."
Sterling: "Actually this is one of the states where it's legal between adults..."
Ophelia: "I see I'm not the only one who wants to burn their search history...and please take this seriously..."
They're obviously talking about incest. According toYou must be registered to see the links, it appears the only US states where this is legal are New Jersey and Rhode Island.
Okay, I clearly missed something. I didn't know there even was a bad end like that. How do you get to that?I don't think I ever actually asked, but do you guys think Hunter killed Lucia and Drew in the Starling Force Fem Bad End since Lucia would know shit's fucked the second Sterling disappeared and Drew would be the first to object to Hunter's plan given both her identity and the fact she flips out over something as "minor" as a sleeping drug dart?

It's either that or Rhode Island, seem to be two of the only American States who would allow incest between consenting adults.Didn't you tell me on day that the story is probably happening in new Jersey specifically because incest in that state is legal and there is a dialogue mentionning the legality?
