I agree. This would stop a lot of newbies asking if this game is abandonned with a notice in the first post.

On an unrelated note: I just downloaded this game again after a long time, and did it change? This used to be a sandbox, right? Now it just keeps going and I think things are missing.

I don't think the game is anywhere near needing the abandoned tag but you're wrong on this one. He absolutely has stopped communication since last status. No teasers(fair), no status, no wallpaper, no polls, no responding to questions on Discord. That's 23 days with nada which is out of the ordinary for WWG.

I assume it's due to his life issues he mentioned and him not wanting to answer questions he has already answered or doesn't know the answer to himself. Better for him to wait until he has good news to present or something has changed from his last status.

A couple of developers that I know and play their games, recently had life and family problems and someone has already stopped the game, and someone has already officially closed the game...

so let's wait and hope that everything will work out in WWG's life, otherwise he wouldn't be silent for no reason.

well its still a sandbox but no griding female's points just straight up story with choices ..

Is there a way to play this game without the incest mod on? I know it's not a popular position but I much prefer fauxcest and find the constant reference to family members to be a bit offputting, but this game seems not to function without the inc patch?

No. None of the family have any scenes without the patch. If you don't like incest I honesty do not recommend this game.

It hasn't been a month since the last word from the Dev. It's hardly the time to start crying about the game being dead or abandoned.

If Yes the dev is still milking his patrons just like the MWIAS(My Wife is a Star) game and AOG(Area's Of Gray) but Dev is active like MHAT(My Hunting Adventure Time) at that time before he announce to quit xD

If No then Dev just need time to release some stress just like other devs yeah maybe he just creating a new game before the final game like TimeStamps xD

Last status update was march 30th and said release was at least 2 months away

One method is to go to the original post of this thread, click on the Patreon hyperlink, and note the date of the most recent post there. Then look at posts in this thread from that date (or shortly after).
