What do you mean by the mentioned 4 weeks for complete chapter... there is simply no way, even with his health issues, that the final 'touch-ups' should be taking this long. He's burned out and won't admit it. The Patreon subscription pause is just a band-aid on an amputated leg. And the post with "an unpleasent amount of travelling" doesn't help his case. Since "almost" every kind of travel consists of sitting. The excuse for not being able to sit for a longer periods of time seems quite unconvincing. And before you start with "bUt He SaId ThAt He Is DoInG bEtTeR", nowhere did he say that he can sit for longer now.

What about it? WWG has said he hasn't been able to work on the update much this year. Surely that's better than claiming he worked nonstop with nothing to show for it? And take the percentage with a grain of salt, it's pretty arbitrary and not all tasks are of equal difficulty.
Reread what I wrote, specifically the word "hypothetically".
The final stages of WWG's development process is dialogue and coding; touch-ups are statistically insignificant. But that's moot; it's not a question of how long the work takes, but rather when he can do the work.
That's possible, or he's a perfectionist who's anxious about completing his game, or he's telling the truth and he's had serious health challenges. He's cut back making bonus content, but at the same time he's shown more preview pics than we ever got for a previous chapter. It's hard to believe he'd just run out of motivation after what he's shown, that's like watching a 99 yard punt return just lay down on the 1 yard line.
But in this case, the leg still looks good, and is ready to be reattached.
Just what do you think "doing better" means, in the context of WWG's health history? Do you need everything literally spelled out for you?

Frankly the ONE thing I don't want is the people affected to keep taking the drugs that Hunter has been feeding them, from the teasers it appears that Ophelia is pregnant while Cath is confirmed already, so I want a talk or something about that shit, if it goes the route of 'ok, we're in too deep and the drugs make it manageable so let's keep taking them' then 0/10 whole game is ruined for me.

Yeah, there needs to be a conversation about the drugs. After everyone learned out about the drugs (at the end of chapter 12), it would be natural for them to question whether their feelings for each other are actually real. I'm hoping everyone agrees that the drugs simply helped them overcome the barriers to expressing their true feelings.
At this point it would seem the drugs aren't needed anymore, but we have seen the gas canisters in the teasers. Perhaps they still have some use as a gimmick for a streaming show, or to "assist" some characters who haven't hooked up yet?

Ophelia's pregnant? isn't it just lactating milk hm.. and we know that all of the seeds are come from Sterling xD Hunter just a wingman in the story ,,,
throughout this game when we see a NTR scene the robot resets, since this is the last chapter (I know the Dev is not gonna do this) I feel like for the final NTR scenes and NTR endings we should not reset this time like let it end completely and if anyone want to see other ending they reload their save and pick the other choice like that
