I have to ask is it NTR if you are spreading the cure to the prophets wife or just modern medicine at it's finest?

Cant wait for legacy to say now you have the option to not make babies when passing the cure, but a real man would make Genghis Khan look like a pleb only having half a % of the world related to him. You could cure the whole world and repopulate it in your own image. Anyone not taking the cure can suck Darwin.

The Prophet is long dead, so that's not happening. Not sure what you mean by the rest, but okay.

I doubt what you have in mind for the story is woman in the world bangs the MC or doesn't get the cure, It's just where the story is at now makes it funny to think about. As it stands 100% of the people who have gotten the cure have gotten pregnant and have all gotten cured the "old fashion way".

Most of it was just saying it's a weird situation to be in You literally hold the fate of all humanity in in your pants. Dynasties that don't join with you for the night wouldn't pass the current generation.

In rulers past sex was often tied with rule you would dilute the bloodline like the Khan did, or with the practice of Prima Nocta. This though isn't like that no barbaric rule rendering that under Caesar which is Caesar's, it's ensuring that a dwindling population can survive. The world is your harem to save humanity from the Prophet's choice to infect it. (thought the current religious leader was called the prophet, like some cults have it, but my mistake).

The khan bit was about how 1% of the total world population is related because of how he ruled. If the MC has to sleep with everyone once, and people in general have between 1 and 4 children, he's going to be directly related to about 33% the first generation give or take and about 75-80% of the next. It's an even weird situation if you think it that way.

There's also some negatives with that route you couldn't have a polyamorous relationship as you can only really be with a woman once. It would limit the ability to cure people if you did and the MC's kinda on that path. If you don't sleep with enough people also there's the problems of an endangered species where the genetic pool is to small to be sustainable. Do you do the ugly chick or do you not take the risk of impotence and being unable to save enough of humanity it can save it's self. If you don't do her and she's tied to a dynasty that will rebel and kill enough people you can't save the population would that change your choice?

Anyways just strange to think about how that would play out in an actual senecio where the world was depended on one mans baby batter to procreate a plentiful future. While it would make for a hilarious Powerpoint from legacy if he nails some of the details of the "ins and outs" of the problems with delivering a cure at scale that way.. like I started with I don't think it's really the direction you are taking, but it's funny to muse. I get legacy has hinted at making it contagious so it self propagates. It's just boring to think of the cure like covid or the pox.

Duno how posting that I think it's thought provoking is flaming or off topic. But thanks for taking the time to post that you are ignoring me!

The unravelling of the past was kinda anti-climatic. I hope there'll be deeper, intricate web of plots for the apocalypse in future chapters. Also unanswered questions like nuclear war, how did it happen. Nuclear war doesn't just happen, one man doesn't just trigger it.

English isn't my first language, so, sometimes I don:t know when the game is set. Is it in the past? Is it in the future? (Thinking about real life) Sometimes I think it is in the past, sometimes I think it is in the future but in a place far away from modern time... But I'm enjoying it a lot.

Well, we shouldn't think that Legacy's speculations are what really really happened. He's the first who tells that his analysis depends on the evidence he collected: more evidence, different analysis.

want me to list all the times a hacker, a misguided politician or a glitch in the early warning systems almost caused a total nuclear war? 'cause that post would be a novel in and of itself. you'd be surprised how easy it is for someone with enough reach, either political or military, to start something like that.

It's set in the future. It's post-post-apocalyptic. Our world (presumably) advanced, there was an event that killed most people, and some people survived. The people from the 'island' that the main character and friends are from have progressed to a more medieval point with farms and such, while it seems the people outside the 'island' are more traditional post-apocalyptic where they have small settlements and are hunter-gatherers.

Why such a high rating? Continuous dialogues, everything is very stretched in time. Intimate scenes, on the other hand, are very weak, poorly thought out, and very short. Such a fairy tale for very, very young teenagers...
Put simply, some people only want porn but other want a romance novel with a few sex scenes thrown in. This game is aimed squarely at the second category. And for us the sex scenes frankly don't need to be any more detailed than what you see in an average TV movie.

I don't think we read the same story :)
the AI found the cure and applied it to Mariah, and to verify that it worked, MC got her pregnant by having sex with her. that's the only "old fashioned way" that happened at all.
then curing Emilia to verify that the cure can be applied to everyone, it didn't require sex. just some AI nanobots being transferred into her body through simple touch. and Emilia is cured at the very end of chapter 23, and is NOT pregnant yet.
in the latest chapter, if you are on a solo route for Mariah, she even discusses getting Emilia pregnant through artificial insemination without sex.

so it's clearly not about MC banging everyone to cure them. nor about him getting everyone pregnant.

just finished the update. felt a bit short, maybe because the branching for solo and throuple routes was quite long.

the plot development was predictable, but I think it's a good thing to setup the next two updates for better story and reveals.
so the hype for this update is not really necessary :) we are especially missing some legacy/mc banter that could have helped during the heist and the planning.
