This game had great potential it was one of my favorites but unfortunately it was destroyed by Dev's greed.

I come back here every six months to see if the dev has been like "fuck it, it was my project, I want to go on" and resume it. It's the best of all the VNs that have been abandonned for me, by far, and I deeply regret it. Was a patron at the time, and I tried to explain that if he sticked to it, it would eventually pay off but there were no shortcuts. Sadly he was dead set on trying something else. I will still come back here and check every few months, to see if the project he imagined at the time will make him come back and go for it.

He won't come back now.
He failed twice and was told what would happen twice yet didn't listen to anyone.
He's pretty much the laughing stock of the site now. Any chance he had of making any money died with this, even if he came back and carried this one on very few people would back him. He killed his own career.

To be fair Icstor is still earning bank so I'm not sure he's a laughing stock but rather the model everyone should strive for if they can't be arsed doing a good job and just want to milk simps.
This Dev is basically blacklisted by most of people here. Stay far away from this dev

SilkandMilkProductions is a very fitting name for the Dev.
People like him should be banned from sites like Patreon, because all he wants is make the big dough and he never delivers. It´s people like him who give devs a bad name and shit like that can ruin the trust and the willingness to support good developers.

He is definitely in the top 10 most hated list.
Other than that the game didn't deserve a developer like that. This game in the hands of a responsible Dev willing to deliver it in the best possible way for its audience would undoubtedly be one of the best in my opinion. It's a shame that the creator only thought about the money and nothing else

Just finished this game. Damn. This game would have many patrons had it not been abandoned. It's pretty good.

This is what happens when you get an impatient developer with an overinflated sense of importance. This dude's own ego was his downfall. He didn't get as much support as he thought he "deserved" (LMAO) and so, like a mature adult, he threw a temper tantrum and abandoned this game. He even held this game hostage by saying he'd bail on it if people didn't pay him enough.
He then proceeded — with the remnants of his patrons who didn't bail on him — to create another game . . . which makes total sense.
And then, when that game didn't get him what he thought he "deserved" he pulled the same shit again. (Well, that, or it takes him magically 5 times longer for a follow-up release of Heir Apparent than it ever did for the first two releases of that game or for any of the releases of this game.) The only thing this dude deserves is bad publicity and being blackballed from the industry. Good riddance to the egotistical dumbass.
