Not really. There is 2 endings, Normal and True, and there isn't a whole lot of difference on those endings. It's the "let's go on another adventure" kind of ending.
Now the game is harem because the MC bangs all 3 girls plus a few NPCs, but most are solo scenes.
There is a few 3P scenes, the MC with Luce and Meiko, MC with Luce and Mimmi and MC with Meiko and Mimmi.
Those are all the harem scenes in the game.
So, the ending is just the MC goes on another adventure? The girls go with us, or we just dip out?

Ah, that's pretty much a harem ending. Just a cliffhanger one. what are the ending conditions between normal and true?
Oops, I though "harem ending" as in something like the dude fucking/impregnating all girls at the same time. But yeah, he does stays with all 3 girls the whole game really, just he only fucks them one at a time. Sorry for the confusion.
If I recall correctly, to get the true ending you need to see a few events near the second half of the game, to trigger those events you need to keep sleeping to see these events, watch those until you don't trigger any more events and you get a ring.
Another trigger is after you get the airship, sleep again and watch more events, but this time you'll get a letter. The letter is the key item needed to see the true ending, if you don't get the letter you'll see the normal ending instead.
To be honest, I don't remember the exact time for the events, but I believe you can just trigger all of them once you get the airship. If you get the key item Letter, then you are locked on the true ending.
I think Fall In Labyrinth is pretty similar, there is also Sister Travel and From Frontier.

Basically, a 'harem ending' occurs when the MC stays with all the girls and it's pretty clear that they're gonna stay together.
So yes, what you described counts. Which works for me.
My only real gripe with the game is the fact you don't see your stat increases on level up...
Fall In Labyrinth is VERY GUD! Highly recommend that one. It's harem is a bit odd in that there are 2 main heroines and the rest are sub-heroines. Sister Travel is good too. Haven't Played From Frontier myself though.
There's also Gran Ende Saga and Remains Rebirth. Both are pretty good imo.
The Cuniculus of Paradise is also good if you like giant mecha

I haven't played Cuniculus yet, so it's good then? If you haven't played From Frontier yet, it's from the same developers, so if you liked one you will probably like the other.
Now just a heads up, From Frontier does not have a harem ending, as that one only has individual endings, one for each female party member.
Ah, I'll avoid From Frontier than... I'm a picky bastard and only want good old harem endings in my harem games. I HATE single heroine only endings in my harem games.
