He constantly adjust the New Game+ code since the fans are old and many don't like doing completely fresh starts. Though that does mean old sections of the game go neglected like the original startup code.
Surprisingly many variables will be set wrong in New Game but will get corrected in New Game+

Hey masterdragonson does the bloom cheat patch file work in v0.17.5? I'm a bit dumb and unable to get the unofficial cheats working, so if you please could make a guide, or link me to one for it to work.. Thank you in advance

They've updated their patches for the current version of the game, it's a few pages back.

Funny enough the Cheat Patch itself is mostly compatible between versions.
A few minor points:
- Cheat Codes coded for the Cheat Patch must be used instead of what's officially out. This is because the Cheat Patch overrides that section of code.
- Gallery Unlock won't fully work with old versions of the Cheat Patch if it's made for an older version. The code can't see into the future.
The same concept is also true for Newer Princess Cheats that got updated after a specific patch version.
While there is a bug with the Patch System it still works. The bug was for Map Updates as it can only process 1 of those. It can't overwrite other Scripts though so problems that lie under the hood can't be fixed with it.

The .rb is a ruby script since RPG Maker VX Ace uses that language. Towerfag has it in the project under "patch sys"

Download that and extract it to the Main Game Directory. The patches go in the "Patches" folder.
Start Game for the changes to take effect.
All the other things you were going on about are sparkly optional toys.
RPG Maker VX Ace Editor & RGSS Decryptor is only if you want to edit the game.
The updated Yami Engine Ace - Patch System is more if you wanted to try "Making" patches. You don't need to update this for it to work though the bug does effect Map Updates. Most of the ones I release are for Common Events. While nice to know what those two mean it's "Blah Blah Blah Game Engine Stuff Blah Blah".

hay owner did you fix the ice dragon she is also active she loses her mind so fast its not even funny well just a little. here the issue ice dragon when about 5sec she will attack the hero when ever she gets summon on the map she attack the with ice spike attack it crashes pc. the ice dragon says thats it then she goes op god mode trying to kill the hero but she can't kill the hero she crashes the game thats why i stayed away from this game i hope too god pls remove that script.
