My OpenGL is 1.0 (Can't be updated)

Since we've recently migrated to the latest version of renpy with GL2 enabled and I've never seen that error before, it's plausible that your system doesn't meet some software requirement for the new renpy. a good way to test it is: to download the recent version of renpy and building a game with `define config.gl2 = True` and see if you get the same error.
Maybe it's about time to get a new PC and give the old guy some well deserved rest.

it's not a game yet, we're still developing those systems and there isn't much of playable content to the game, you can go through the intro and try the basic functions that we're building for it till you get to the city, but that's pretty much the extend that the games content is added right now.

I am currently interested in this game, even if it is only an alpha.

The reason is simple: Presenting Jafar as someone "not so bad" who took an interest in the city, and as Aladdin, the alleged Disney hero, turns out to be an indirect villain in this game. I love bad guys who do bad things in this game, especially if it's to give that conceited Jasmine what she deserves.

Currently it is too early for me to put in money (I am not rich, I will not be able to much), but € 3 a month and promoting the game yes.

Good cheer, I will be following this game with interest.

the art looks awesome, it has that distintive art style that stands out from the rest(that worked so well to ss), also I like games where pretty girls get fucked by ugly fat oldmen, so yeah keep the good work, If it get's to a playable state with good scenes I would gladly pay to see more

Actually... here we go...
I've had the idea long before Akabur's game, unfortunately I was just a young guy tracing from the movie screenshots into adobe flash making shitty princess minigames for myself. Soon I've gave up and got tangled in life problems, few years later I've found renpy and decided to resurrect the old ideas.
Started learning the engine, two weeks later found out about Akabur's game, great name, great art, boring gameplay, bad story telling, but I could fix those last two, unwrapped his game, took the characters and backgrounds and made a proposal for princess trainer 2 (a continue of his game but Belle as the next subject), he politely declined and out of respect for him being the first to release one, I didn't start my own princess trainer project, plus people where willing to pay for what I could do with renpy by that point. I forgot about the whole thing.
Years later, Akabur was coasting on his successful games, sitting on the only name fitting the games I always wanted to play, wasting all that potential. OA offered to back me making any game of mine, and I decided to do the most ambitious one of my idea. My attempt for The princess trainer, the game you all deserved instead of the ones you've got.
Few years have past and people see us as an Akabur copy, well... no? maybe? it's complicated.

People that are quick to call games a rip off tend to forget that its actually a geniune market strategy known as cannibilization. Without it, games like League of Legends and Overwatch simply would not exist. Even Princess Trainer, Akabur's wouldn't exist, because the idea of a slave trainer sim was already used, and princess jasmine herself was already used in a great many different ways.

It seems like you have alot of critisisms for his game too. My issue was it didn't go hardcore enough. Not even close. The most hardcore scenes we got was with a different girl lol.

But yeah, games with similar ideas are not automatically rip offs. I'm sure many of you are very much aware of how much fair use abuse there is on youtube. Lets not enable that crap shall we?
