I'm not one of his patreon supporters, so I don't know the whole post, but from what little I can read there, it's probably because he was a bit inactive to make money, but it should probably continue now. Well 24 patreons isn't much so I can understand that he might stop from time to time to make money.

Seems good so far with plenty of real choices (I played twice and had quiet different experiences depending on how I chose), though there's still a few bugs and scenes where the images don't come up.
