Problem is that 90% of people playing multiplayer porn games are dudes with poor social skills or lesbians, who tell all men to fuck off. Otherwise, it's the same issue as with any dating app: straight women get jumped by a horde of horny dudes and pick only those with highest social skills (people who are in the minority, since the very fact that you are on a MP ERP server usually means that you lack social skills to flirt) or otherwise just get put off by the thing and fuck off.

If you don't care about or can push out of your mind the fact that behind that 10/10 bombshell/cutie is another dude, whose balls are just as sweaty and hairy as yours, you can probably enjoy multiplayer porn games. However, I feel like those types of people are in the minority.
