Actually, from what I understand, you need to go one step further, to countries where incest porn is straight-up illegal (as opposed to just widely frowned upon like in the US) and the choice for the credit card companies is either don't do business in those countries (too much money to leave on the table), work out a solution for allowing incest-porn-funding transactions from other countries but not those ones (too much work for too little return), or just ban such transactions globally (path of least resistance).
All of the above applies to loli/shota stuff as well, with the added wrinkle of having to distinguish between it and actual ********** with real children and the headache of dealing with jurisdictions whose laws draw no such distinction, which is why so many AVNs have "colleges" that are clearly high schools in all but name, full of "18-year-olds" who look bizarrely young for their age.

Very simple and brillant idea to make a separate text file and share it from an different social media ! Congrulation for this ideaI have made the dialog for the game I'm working on a separate text file that is read in by renpy as needed. If I ever do get a patreon, the game downloaded from patreon will come with no dialog. Having no dialog should break no rules.
They will be able to the get the dialog file from my reddit channel or one of the other places I post.
Lucky for me, my code is already making the text a separate file. Seeing the grief devs like Zorlun have gone through, I hope making it inaccessible from places like patreon will avoid headaches for me in the future.
As someone who likes to tweak dialog in other people's games, I figure having a separate text file will make it easier for those who are not as up on coding to be able to tweak as well.

Be aware that since the whole game will have no dialogue everything might be up to interpretation and if people report the content for not being clear enough it could still cause issues, the same way that games with >18 loli still get removed, visual incest might also be removed.
People say that japanese censorship is stupid while western censorship is just as stupid if not more.

Well, from what I know pseudo-incest porn (you know all the stuff with 'step-everything' people) currently is one of the most popular categories. I was able to subscribe to a couple DL services, such as Brazzers, that have that kind of videos in their catalogue and pay with my credit cards normally. Admittedly the transaction was managed by different companies than Paypal, but everything went smoothily. The step-anything excuse seems to work for real porn as effectively as the 'college' one you quote. Therefore, I guess there are ways to sidestep the issue for credit card companies at least this much.
I wonder why Patreon, and/or the financial services that hold its jugular, are being so zealous as to ban even the step- stuff in AVNs when real porn companies churn out tons of it with little issue.
Honestly, in this day and age give me the Japanese approach to fiction any time rather than the Western one. The Japanese way of storytelling is far from flawless (certain tropes such as super shy or dense characters do grate on my nerves), but at least in anime/manga/LNs I can get lots of teen characters that are highly interested in romance and sex for a refreshing breath of realism, including 'childhood friend' and 'non-blood-related' quasi-siblings that have the hots for each other speaking about the incest kink issue.
Moreover, Japanese authors and fans, bless their hearts, do not give a damn about sjw concerns, so I can still get a few stories with all kinds of themes that violate woke orthodoxy, as well as some respite from fiction with any place in the Multiverse looking like American cities and zealously filling 'diversity' quotas, even when having lots of Black characters around, or any disabled character at all for that matter, makes zero narrative sense.

But at least everything after that seems much more accepting, there you find even incest ecchi-anime on tv/blurays without issues as long as you don't show uncensored genitals you can explore a lot more content.
So they might be onto something, personally I would trade a few censored genitals over less restrictions in content every day.

Possible alternative, I use myself also a mod from bibfoc, but to play with the variables, I just use URM (you can find it here on F95).
I have configured it to watch a number of variables (the stats, like love for a character, kinks points, willpower), but even the main choices you make are kept as variables.
E.g. to remember if you had kicked out Anthony after you found him cheating, is used the variable ch1_kicked_anthony_out, you just need to open URM, search for variables using things like the kink or the name of the character, modify the value and then magically, even if you kicked anthony out, you can see a scene that is normally on the path where he was not kicked out, and viceversa.
Just do this kind of things right way, and nothing crashes. Also, remember to activate the function that notifies of the change of variables, it is one nice features Zorlun put in the base game, and it simplifies life a lot, IMO.
Well, technically, one solution that was mentioned/proposed here, is if Marc comes back to Myriam's home after she has become his tutor/legal guardian (or similar). Since we can assume the game location is the USA, it would be in general still illegal, but it would not be incest (since Zorlun modified the game so Marc is Anthony's son). But it is to be seen if Zorlun feels like, and can, do that.
If that is done, then, putting incest back, is something you can do by modifying some files, something Zorlun has said he does not mind, if someone does it on their own hard drive (no sharing, Zorlun needs to live off the game, and making the game is costing him a lot of energy and time), and does not expect Zorlun to solve potential problems.
Though till today, I heard only one person who has done that.
You know well from some exchanges and my posts if there is someone who is doing some work to keep the incest in, is me ;-), but I second the opinion of others, it would not fly with Patreon.
Suggestion, stick to the legal guardian or whatever other form to have content with Marc and Myriam (may be illegal, but not incest), and let people who want to keep the incest do their homework on their hard drive.

Won't help, I'm afraid. As soon as the majority of adult game productions will be offered via SubscribeStar they will get just the same problems sooner or later. More sales generate more attention. And the payment systems don't want to draw attention to the "darker sides" of their businesses.
This isn't something that started with the recent upswing of incest related content though. Many sites hosting pornographic content of any kind have had major issues with this for over 20 years now.
