Already has been pointed out, it's just a problem of mislabeling, it's already corrected but will only be for the incoming update on February 6th.
But you're not missing anything, it happens at the end of the update (about two or three lines before).
For the first, when she goes in the spa and decide to get naked, it's just after her session at the shrink, that told her she needed to liberate herself (in so many words), so here she is at the spa (which is a little bit more than a spa), in a safe place where nearly everyone is naked, making a step towards doing what her shrink told her is easier here, she gets to try to be a bit naughty, but in a safe environment (it would have been something else to do it at the pool or the beach).
For the mummy, it's something else, first it's a "weird event", you have to see it as an mini adventure in Myriam's big adventure, they are like little spin-off inside the game, so don't take them too seriously, they really are just here for the fun; second, the mummy is using "magic" to control her, and contrary as you think Willpower did had an influence on this scene, with a high Willpower, Myriam could resist in part and see through the illusion, giving the scene a few more renders and a few different lines, it also change a bit the ending, instead of freeing herself by accident, she do it because of her strong will.

No, but the game is about Myriam and the exploration of her sexuality, and the shrink is helping her in that effect, so yes, he will have some influence on Myriam's life.

Exhibitionism is showing off skin (or more) in social contexts where its normally frowned upon. Being naked at the spa - at least this spa - is perfectly normal. Not getting naked there might be due to negative body image or other shyness - but being exhibitionist isn't required...

But I understand your point of view and you are right but to me it’s just annoying because I played it like 3 or 4 times with before the rewrite so it’s engraved I my head that that’s how it should be and I don’t know how to explain it just don’t feel right the way it is now but as long as the modder that’s doing the patch to put it back in the game keeps updating it along with the game and remain annoymous and Zorlun isn’t involved it will be all good the ones that like the incest dialogue can use that patch and those that like it the way it is now can continue playing it with the rewritten dialogue hopefully everyone will be happy. And there won’t be anymore issues. With that part of the game.
