Well, this is the problem, the game on Patreon DO NOT have Prometheus' patch since it would go against their rules to share it there, you can find it here, on my Discord server or on SubscribeStar (or you can send me a pm and I'll share you the last public link also).
As some said, on SubscribeStar you have no risk of censure (for now) but it's more limited in term of payment, or you have Patreon but there you have some censure (though you can always contact me to get Prometheus' patch).

Actually, there is a sex scene between Sam's parents and one with Sophia and her husband. But nothing where Sophia goes outside her marriage, yet. That must be what you meant by "facts".
Am I the only one in love with William's line like idk if that's just me but he's my favorite so far
