Uh, at a first look, it does not seem to be something to do with any patch/mod, rather with the graphics, have you tried to make sure you open the game in his native size and not scaling it up to full screen ?

No, it's Aiden, the young man first meat when Myriam goes shopping with her cousin Eve during chapter 1; and meat again during chapter 3 after Myriam leave the café where she drink a coffee with Nubia (the image in question).

Do you play with mods, and which ? I have some saves, but mine are the ones I use when creating and checking the incest patch, so they may not be the most easily transferrable.
